The service and food quality at this location have significantly declined. The dining area was filled with people waiting for fresh food, while employees stood around chatting over the food. I endured a 15 minute wait for more chicken, only to witness two employees engage in a conversation while spit flew from one of their mouths into the food. Disgusted, I left, my appetite completely ruined. Won’t be back and do not recommend this location!!

Absolute worst customer service

Food quality is going down. Never enough food in the line. Service sucks. Employees can't hear you because they have air pods in. Something should change. Until then I won't be back.

I ordered a n original bowl with extra chicken and it came half full with not very much chicken. Picture says it all. Don't eat here. Manager didn't care at all.

Average BIBIBOP. Nothing out of the ordinary or different or special just your typical Bibibop. This location was exceptionally clean but I did visit shortly after they opened.

I will never order from this location again and may never order from bibibop again period. I got the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I ordered the miso salmon w noodles and other veggies and I know something was off shortly after eating it. It just didn't feel like it was digesting right. I spent several hours with my stomach in knots until it all came back up and out from both ends early in the morning. Then, again when I had nothing left to throw up several hours later I was dry vomiting and everything was flushed out of my system again.

I just ordered a rice bowl February 24, 2025 and my rice wasn't done!! It had hard pieces of uncooked rice throughout the bowl. I paid $14.00 .

Food is excellent, and Rios did a great job helping by giving suggestions on different foods she recommended. Great service, highly recommend. The free miso soup is amazing as well
