Don't order from here. They could be scheduled to be open, but close right after you make an online order. Then you're waiting outside for food they're not going to bring you while they're in there talking with the phone off the hook. Might as well not go here at all because they probably won't even be open.

Chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. How on earth do you make the leg and thighs, the greasiest pieces of chicken dry as The Sahara desert? Unacceptable.

I used their online ordering system at 6:15pm on a Saturday. When I arrived to pick up my food at 7, the restaurant was closed, and the employees were leaving. I do not understand how a corporation of this size cannot communicate with its customers properly. They charged my credit card, but couldn’t bother to email me that the restaurant was closing. I do not expect to eat at any of these Boston Market restaurants ever again.

DON'T GO!!!! FIRST OF ALL, YOU DONT SEE WHAT MEAT YOU'RE GETTING BECAUSE IT'S NOT IN THE FRONT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD AND THE FOOD THAT'S IN THE FRONT IS COLD! HOW WHEN THERE ARE HEATERS UNDER IT?!?!?! NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN!!!!!! On top of it all you would not be able to tell that they work there because they are not dressed in uniform they look like they just came from a party the night before.

The servers were professional, except ONE light-skinned Black young lady (not on uniform like the others.) Her entire attitude was rushing the customer and intolerant of being asked any questions. I had my order prepared by two other workers, who replaced the mashed potatoes, that were somewhat dried out. (Very kind) When I asked what desserts I was seeing from afar in the case, this young lady told me to read the sign placed before the checkout. I'd read the sign, but the ACTUAL DESSERTS were harder to distinguish. The young lady acted as though I was bothering her and didn't want to assure me that I was ordering the correct selection. She was soooooo rude. Boston Market is not what it used to be. They took off nearly all the good side dishes, and the ones they left are so bland and tasteless. I still go there now and again for my mom, because she seems to have lost her sense of taste. Even she doesn't care for the restaurant as much, because she only chooses them when she wants meatloaf and chicken noodle soup.

This is supposed to be meatloaf. I can’t believe they would even serve someone something like this!!! I would have rather been told it was out of stock.

Staff was on their phones didn't even notice when we walked in,potatoes were cold and under cooked no meatloaf and the bread was cold. I'm glad to see that others have had a better experience than we did,we will not be going back to this one.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich and a couple sides thru app. Got to store to pick up and was told that they didn't have crispy chicken sandwiches but instead I could get a Chicken Carver sandwich. Which is fine but the app should have been updated to reflect that. Then had to wait another 15 mins for order to actually get made that was placed 20 mins before arriving. The app puts your contact info on order, someone could have reached out prior so I didn't have to wait for almost half my break to get my order. Sandwiches were good but the sides of spinach and mac n cheese were not

The food quality has gone down so much.. only thing fresh tasting is the desert. Service is always slow the girl that waited on me today was sweet though… short staffed as heck.

I want going here for me so I didn't order any food but if i were. They didn't have yams and the chicken looked under cooked. The service was trash for the most part outside of the one girl with the burgundy Bob cut, she was a sweety, the other girl with the extra long nails was rude. I'll never eat here though, it's like eating elementary school lunch lol

I like to grab my favorite type of chicken at Boston Mkt which is the rotisserie. However, I’ve been to the University Hts restaurant twice in Mar 2022, and both of the times the same manager/server was Not wearing gloves while serving the chicken & other meat portions. I politely asked him to please put on his gloves and he looked at me like I was speaking Foreign or swearing at him. He had an instant attitude about my request! What made it worse was that he is a manager & should know better by setting a better example for the public, other staff employees and the store chain itself. This happened both times- the first time I walked out and the 2nd time I gave them another chance, with the same results. This is unacceptable with or without Covid there should be higher standards with hygiene & sanitation in regards to dealing with peoples food.

Boston Market University Heights has the worst service ever. The order was placed online 3 hours prior to pick up time. At pick up time it was not ready and my son had to wait 1 hour. The meatloaf was burned and there was only half of the meatloaf for six meals. There was no gravy. They ran out of corn bread and the corn bread that was placed in the bag was burned and smashed. One of the workers was in middle school. This meal was for a family of 7. The chickens were ok, but I’ve had better at the other Boston Markets. This store needs to be shut down.
