I walked in w/a coupon for a free donut - wasn't impressed by it (orange glazed?).
Service is severely slow, thinking they prioritize the Drive Thru?
Went back a week later w/another coupon, same slow service at the counter.

Staffing needs to start wearing hair nets. Today I ordered breakfast sandwiches & was shocked to find 2 black hairs in my sandwich after a took 2 bites forcing me to have to throw away my food. Disgusting. Staff is friendly but they need to be more sanitary because customers do not want hair in their food. Also, my breakfast sandwich upon receiving it at the counter was not hot which is unacceptable. The cook needs to be cooking the egg, meling the cheese and fully cooking the bacon till its piping hot so that it doesn't make someone seriously sick. This is not the first time I received a cold egg on my breakfast sandwich from this location & not the 1st time I received raw bacon on my sandwich either from staff here. Maybe they feel like they have to rush to get the lines down, but they need to be putting out and selling top quality food. Until they make change I will not be returning.

There's no seating inside! This location seems to only focus on drive-thru. What's the point of having WiFi if people can't sit down?? 🤔
Dunkin’ is never my first option, but I thought I would give it another try. The coffee just isn’t the same as Starbucks. The donuts are usually ok, but the service here is hit or miss.

Dunkin in the business of selling watery coffee with half n half - ill just go to Starbucks since you can’t accommodate a cup of decent cream with my coffee

This morning the customer don’t real communicate right from the disability as deaf, we are asked order is Matcha with ice latte and oat milk and no sugar and I asked I don’t want sugar and some of y’all don’t speak English and replaced hot matcha without ice latte and they said hot matcha or they ice latte the answer one no sugar and one with sugar! They don’t replace 3rd ! I drink as taste nasty and your order from me bad communicate! Ya need pay attention if don’t get we would write pen and paper again ! Thank you it bad day !

A coffee shop you know will be open. You can order ahead via the app and know you can pick up your order. The coffee or food you order is ready fast. I like the coffee drinks. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Prices are okay. But the convience and good coffee I keep going.
