Went through the drive through hoping to get my daughter some ice cream. After being told they were out of Oreos… decided to get m&m’s…scattered messily over the top, unmixed. About five different people came to the window, all very rude. Refused to allow me to speak to the manager, lied to me about who the manager was, refused to give me my receipt or a refund. One worker, extremely rude, yelled at me and tried to bully me out of line. Horrible people, horrible service. Unprofessional, rude, and absolutely horrible. Truly disgusting behavior and service.

Always fresh and delicious chocolate chip cookies and I love how soft the hamburger buns are like a pillow.

I frequent this McDonald's location because its close to my house. For a while they seem to have gotten better as far as service and actually getting orders right. But recently I noticed they seemed to be going back to their old ways. On this particular day, I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and cheese on the eggs, instead they put cheese on the pancakes!!!! WHO DOES THAT!?!?!

Hire more people or something, can’t imagine the drive thru times. Just spent 23 minutes in the dr, waiting on two large drinks.

My bag of order was there and no staff helped me. I waited for 10 minutes. Finally they gave me a sealed bag without food inside. Only two drinks. I asked them, then they gave me the meal without fries inside. Terrible experience.

Love this location. I come here often (pregnant and cravings) I normally never have a problem. The food is always seasoned well, its always hot and fresh. Today i did have an issue. I spoke with the owner and he made it right, nothing a little conversation cant fix. I hope yall have a great day and thank you for making my experience with this location continue being a great one ❤️

I did a mobile order. When I pulled up, they said that they could not pull up my order because they were having system issues. They told me to cancel my order and reorder it, but get out of line while I do it. They were not apologetic at all. Honestly, if your system is not working how is me cancelling my order and reordering going to make your system work? I just left. I’ll never patronize this establishment again. They most definitely need customer service training.

Slower than molasses

They messed up our order and didn't go large even only filled the fries halfway if that. They don't pay attention to what they're doing.Don't waste your time.

I will give it to them they have done better without messing up orders. But now the curbside pickup is slower than the drive thru. It used to be faster

I usually take my girlfriend son to get a cheeseburger a happy meal with a strawberry shake. I let him order his food and the kids who take his order are extremely nice!

I just witnessed someone claiming to be the franchise owner be extremely rude to customers. He was not wearing McDonald's apparel when he confronted the gentleman and became belligerent and hostile. That is no way to conduct a business!!
