On this particular Sunday afternoon, the drive-thru had the proper staff in place to make the service surprisingly pleasant. At, most McDonald's I've been to, the drive-thru staff aren't what I'd call ideal representations of the McDonald's courteous way.

For the most part, this is the best McDonald's in Cleveland, especially when Roxanne is there! She keeps the place spotless. Most of the employees are friendly, but there's a couple that are not. Short older guy, not the most patient!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We were traveling from out of town and stopped to get something quick to eat, our orders were completely messed up we received someone else's order completely and the Happy Meal That was supposed to come with fries ended up coming with apple slices instead but the other order that we had was not even the same sandwiches. Service was extremely slow for nobody being there and it just seems that everyone was high to be honest. Definitely will never come back here again even when passing through
