Always good! There were 7 of us celebrating my husband’s birthday. We had several different menu entrees. Our dinners were excellent and so was the service. We requested Lauren to be our server as over the years she has served us dinner and drinks. Laureen is excellent! Very professional, attentive and conscientious. This is my husband’s favorite restaurant in university heights and he chose to go there for his birthday dinner. We have never had a bad meal there. If you are in the area it well worth having lunch or dinner at Pizzazz!

I love Pizzazz - it is my go to place for a salad. Absolutely cannot be beat. But today, this is my view. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Ordered a pick up salad at 6 on a Friday, was told 35 minutes. It is now 75 minutes and I was just told they are making my salad next. You've been forewarned. Bring a book.

This has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. I've enjoyed many dine-in and take out meals and biting into a slice of Pizzazz pizza is like jumping into a time machine. The staples for our family have always been the pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni calzone (it's perfect dipped into some marinara sauce). We would usually get one of each and share as a family along with one of their dinner salads. If you're not a pepperoni fan, or if you're looking for something different, the menu is pretty big and has something on it for everyone. Other favorites are their Italian Wedding Soup and Caprese salad, but you'll find plenty of pasta dishes, salads, sides and of course pizzas to please anyone in your group. They also do catering which is delicious. Italian food is perfect for large groups and any event I've been to with Pizzazz as the meal has been a fun and tasty one!

Food was great-waitress was absolutely horrible. It was obvious she didn't want to be there-incredibly rude.

Finally! I moved to Shaker a year ago and have been in search my new, go to place, when I want something really good, but I have no idea what. Pizzazz even has chicken noodle soup. I just wanted a good pizza and I found it. I can't wait to try other menu items. Place was very clean and more carry out then people inside. Not a surprise considering.

Avoid this place at all costs! I got sick from my meal. All I saw in the kitchen were employees on their cell phones while making the food. The service was slow and the meal took forever to come out. I tried to tell the manager about the cell phones but they didn't care. This place has gone downhill and it's really sad to see. Save getting sick and go somewhere else.

Worst service in town. Failed to deliver our order and then called me to debate why I should blame Grub Hub and not them. Here's something that's not up for debate. I will never buy from them again. End of debate.

Good was very good. Excellent service. Had Veal parmesan. Only negative thing was the people at the next table and their out-of-control children. I don't blame the kids. Adults weren't trying to coñtrol them. Too long for kids to sit and wait while adults sat and talked.

Teresa pizza in Maple heights is the worse, its a hit or miss. If others are ordering you will receive cold old looking pizza if no ones ordering you will receive luck warm pizza if they drop it off. The driver that drops off pizza is a young rude man that does not care for the business. And the manager just wants everything to go fast so he can leave they do not care about the customers liking or enjoying the pizza at alllllllll. My suggestion is that tge owner hirer people who care about the quality of the pizza they are serving. Oh and they will not give you your Money back even if you give them the pizza untouched in front of them. They will tell you they will remake it but can you really trust someone who doesn't want to serve you or anyone decent pizza. Sad sad sad. 34 dollars down tge drain. Then they told me to just give it away if I didn't want it. That should be what they lead with is bad pizza if we aren't in the mood and no money back for you....

Today as I was on my way home when I went to pick up my brother to take him home. The pizza tasted very very delicious and fresh out of the oven and the staff were very very polite. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We live Pizzazz and think of it as our neighborhood restaurant. We eat there at least once a week and always request Gina who is a manager and server. She is on it! My family loves the pizza, linguini with clams, salad, gnocchi, spaghetti with meat balls and wine list! We are lucky to have Pizzazz in the hood.

Nothing like there other restaurant on 91. Service is very very slow. Restaurant also has a strange odor in there. The pizza and food is no where as good as there other restaurant. And just a note they charge fore there salad with meals at this location the one on 91 comes with a delicious salad. I really don't recommend this location at all I know I won't be back.

Gone down hill big time in quality, taste and service from the past. Bad pizza crust, sloppy entree presentation. Too bad, because this place used to be the bomb. Just not real good.

Amazing spot for a casual and relaxed dining experience. Sitting outside on the patio is amazing and I really enjoyed it. I ordered a delicious calzone with meatball parmigiana. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and definitely would come back. Delicious!

I have been going to Pizzazz since I was still in my mother (24 years now). This is the best pizza hands down. I've had pizza literally all over the world and will always choose this place as my favorite. If you're not a pizza person their salads and pastas are also amazing! Plus it's right by ice cream and who doesn't love pizza and ice cream?
