Cooking with Chyra

Zina owes me NOTHING but more!! The ONLY upset is that I needed more and I couldn't sample the fries due to the fries being cooked in fish grease! But the steak kabob, lemon rice, lamb gyro, and salad made up for the fries! (Oh and the pita bread is made in-house) So flavorful, fresh, fast service, friendly staff, cute atmosphere! I just needed more! Great job!

Delicious food with a variety of sauces (including a garlic toum)! Not to mention the helpful staff and inviting ambiance. Only downside is the high price to portion

I went here today with my son and grandson. We were so excited to try their Gyro. The food was really fresh! The humus and chips (homemade) were excellent! The gyros were large and the pita bread was so fresh and delicious but the meat was not seasoned enough and a little dry. There was not enough vegetables on the sandwich and the tzatziki sauce was too thick. It needs to be more creamy to give the sandwich some moisture. Other than those few things, it was good. I also advise not to get fries on the gyro; It makes it more dry. The fries by themself were excellent / hand made! The customer service was excellent!! I hope the staff corrects these few things

This place is the real deal! I've consistently gotten delicious, juicy, flavorful gyros. The portions are incredibly generous. I can't finish a whole gyro since they are so generously packed with meat. My boyfriend gets the pleasure of inhaling the leftovers. The fries inside the gyro is a really nice touch. The fries are always crisp and zesty. They add such a great texture and depth of flavor in every bite. This is my favorite lunch spot in cleveland. Both dine-in and take-out are consistent!

Just a tip for anyone working at the counter: when someone arrives to pick up a DoorDash order, ask to see VERIFICATION. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and when I arrived at this restaurant to pick up my order, the woman at the counter told me that someone else had just picked up my order. Apparently this person said it was a DoorDash order and gave my name. How is this even possible? Can DoorDash drivers track when customers place pickup orders? Either way, this person stole my food. I didn't have time to wait for the restaurant to remake my order because I had to get back to work -- I don't get that much time for lunch. Now I have to work the rest of the day without having had lunch. The woman at the counter told me that I would receive a refund. I certainly hope so. Otherwise it's $40 down the drain. I have never eaten food from this restaurant before, and was looking forward to trying a couple of things from the menu. Now, I don't think I will ever come back here again. If I do in fact receive a refund, then maybe I will consider it. This whole thing could be avoided in the future if the people working at the counter would VERIFY DoorDash orders before allowing just anyone to walk off with people's food. I would think that this is a liability the restaurant cannot afford.

It's worth trying. I got a lamb gyro. The gyro was HUGE! The French fries were seasoned great, and so was the meat. I wish I had more tomatoes on it & more sauce. The gyro was so large that the amount of sauce was not enough. I'll definitely go back to try the bowls. The inside is decorated so cute but unfortunately there was a strong cigarette smell inside.

Food is fresh and good! I haven’t had good Greek- inspired food like this in a while. The build your own bowl is really fresh and healthy. There aren’t a lot of options like this in cleveland and I’m so happy to have a fast casual option that’s unique and delicious!Dietary restrictions: They are gluten free friendly.

Gyro meat was fair at best under cooked my gyro was not how I ordered it and the pita was sour. So many better options in the area. Try a little harder and stop embarrassing yourselves. A year from today the store will a memory.

Do yourself a favor and never patronize this establishment. I had to go to the restroom and forgot my wallet in the car in my haste. As I left the restaurant to go get my wallet, I got a phone call and started talking on the phone. As I was walking back towards the restaurant, the "owner" came out and started screaming and yelling at me. He literally started yelling about how dare I use his bathroom and told me not to come back into his fu*king store. I was taken aback. He never has to worry because I will never patronize his establishment, and neither will any of my friends, family, or any of my associates. I truly believe this was racially motivated, and he felt comfortable enough being disrespectful because I am a black woman.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally got there. Probably never going back again. Ordered a chicken street gyro. Came two tomatoes (one being the end of a tomato) and four french fries. What did I pay for? A pita and chicken? Spoke to a worker. The gyro comes is supposed to come with 6 to 10 French fries. 6 to 10? All for $15. This place is a joke.
