Great workers usually but waaaaay understaffed. One old bag in particular always says her systems down but has time to take cala and bs with her friends on the phone. It's 7:45 p.m. 10/10/24 and you can tell she's a brick or two shy of a load. She claims the system is down every time she works, lazy as hell.

This has to be the worst Arby's in Columbus. My son and I went here today, and it was absolutely horrible. They started out by giving us 2 sprites when we ordered a coke and a sprite. Ordered two cherry turnovers, and they only rang up one. When I brought it to their attention some screwed we don't have any. So I asked for a refund, and they couldn't figure out how to do a refund. The fries were dry and chewy, when I asked for fresh fries they said we just made them, which was a complete lie. On top of that, you could taste that their cooking oil had been burnt and was dirty, and the fries had the taste of it. The drinks were flat and extrem watered down. Avoid this Arby's like the plauge, unless you want nasty food and no customer service.

Arby's Owner, instead of the canned responses you make on every complaint about this location, you should take note and do something about it. This location had a lot of good reviews 5+ years ago, but in the last couple years, it is constantly filled with one star reviews and complaints all over the place. It is embarrassing how this location has fallen, especially for the area it is in. Fix the problem or shut it down.

Manager not nice , fighting with us over out of Coke Zero, condiments, she said get out of my store whatever… why you never check your restaurant before you open what missing so your customers know what they expected before ordering not fighting coz it’s your fault never check your items what missing????? Not sure what the deal is, but it doesn't look like the dining room is open, and they still never have enough people to staff the drive through. It's always a long wait to the point I'm going elsewhere.
