For domino's it was one of the nicer ones ive been in.

placed an order 20min before close, told them i would tip cash, had the order canceled 15min after it was originally placed, I assume because there was no tip on the card. If you're not open, don't take orders.

Canceled my order, because I placed it online for delivery and waited 2 hours+ for it. I called multiple times and got told they were backed up and I wasn't the only one that waited that long even though the estimated delivery time on the tracker said 16-30 minutes. I don't think I'll ever order from this place again. I only will if I can get the same order again deliverey for free and I mean the entire order for free for my inconvenience. Otherwise you've lost a customer for life

Bad customer service the guy how working tonight treated customer very bad no respect talk bad with custome screaming yelling at customer on the phone even at the store bad customer service tonight not the driver the one who work at the store to night
I’ve been to this location many times…this crew they put together tonight was my first bad experience. Tracker had ZERO updates until my single medium pizza was handed to me. That was 55 minutes after I ordered and 25 minutes waiting in the store.
2 employees asked me my name then never gave me any update. They stood around while 1 guy did everything.
Mind you. I was the ONLY order on the live-tracker displayed for customers.
This location is better when it’s busy…somehow…

We won't be going back here again we tried placing a simple order and the young kid did not understand so he got the manager. She came out my husband said he would like to order a large all pepperoni on the whole thing & half sausage & onion not hard right, she said so half pepperoni my husband said no lady it's not rocket science she you know what were done here. He said we sure are she was very rude set a bad example for her employees. They would never got the 1 star but I had to give at least 1 so I could leave the post. Took our money somewhere else.
I ordered on the app and selected square cut, then picked up my order and brought it home only to find out it was the regular pie cut. Aside from that though, the pizza was perfectly good. I can emphatically recommend the garlic infused crust.
Ordered through uber - driver (domino's delivery driver) forgot my cheese dip. called the location since uber customer service is garbage. worker said that I had to deal with Uber, and even admitted that he was staring at the dip at the location. Said that they cannot redeliver items. I offered to drive over and pick it up which was fortunately granted. From my perspective I essentially wasted a tip + delivery fee + uber fees when I could have just placed a pick up order.

Very unprofessional, didn’t double check anything. Sent my food back twice and was vey lazy about contacting me about my food. Nobody notified me about anything. -0/10

Food is always good, and when there is an issue, they own up to it and correct it.
The only gripe I have is the 2-minute carside delivery. People with mobility issues utilize that option for comfort and less stress. This location almost never seems to hit that 2-minute mark, and to make matters worse, it seems they "bump" the orders off the board, so the app says it has been handed over even though it has not. The last time was from them accidentally giving our wings to another order, so we had to wait an additional 7ish minutes while they were re-made, no compensation was offered for the time or for the rest of the order sitting there.
The time before that was about 4+ minutes after the order was "bumped" before I was handed my food. Yes, I know this location can be busy and understaffed, but keeping the metrics honest allows districts and corporate to determine if staffing needs adjusted.

The app estimated 7-13 order took 25 minutes to even get to the oven as it was a Friday night. But they busted it out in 10 minutes. Wish the app would have given a better estimate.

Details of orders always missed- toppings/ sauces/ dips
Do not go in here it is awful. Maybe take out. Delivery is good but do not eat inside. The service is terrible. It’s super dirty. There’s no bathrooms and the music is horrific. It’s super loud. We’ve asked him to turn it down three times and they didn’t.
