The young man (Payton) working the phones and also at the register when I came to pick up my order was was so friendly and helpful. I was having trouble placing my order online so when I called he helped me place my thank you so much!! He is an asset to the company...Will for sure be back

Food and service was good overall. I asked for extra sauce and cheese which seems like they were a little skimpy on. Not a deal breaker though. Pizza was tasty and fresh.

7/29/25... First time here just stopped by for a New York style pizza. Greeted immediately by Amy. She is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and accommodating for small groups to eat in. Medium pepperoni is delicious 😋

So many times they have messed up my order making me late for my next event. They ONLY take online orders and their computers have not worked right since they installed the new credit card readers 10years ago and yet they STILL DON'T REPLACE them!
This weekend I ordered my pizza when I left my gig in Grove City and got all the way there (30min drive) and my order was even STARTED!!!! Not only did I not get to eat in between a long day of gigs but I was I screwed into buying dinner for my family that was 3 times the price because I didn't have another 25 mins mins to wait while they finish some guys order then start mine! We only keep coming back because the pizza Hut by us went out of business and the other 2 pizza places walking distance from our place is super expensive. I swear our order is never done on time even when the app says it is and usually has something wring with it every other time.

I ordered online at 5:10 PM I was running a little late. Didn’t get to the restaurant until 5:50 PM online said it would be 10 to 15 minutes when I got there I had to wait about 10 minutes for anybody to even acknowledge me and when they did they were very rude and said my order hasn’t gone into the oven yet and I had to wait another 15 minutes so I canceled my order and left.

I love getting pizza from here, but every single time my delivery driver (Karl) bring me food, something is wrong. I understand that they might be out of the drink I want, or might forget dipping sauce sometimes. The issue is whenever Karl brings me my order, it is always wrong and it has never been right. I thought it was just a one or two time thing, but it keeps happening. I’m trying to not be annoying about it, but I just want my order to be right most of the time.

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA DELIVERY AT NIGHT FROM THIS LOCATION. INCOMPETENT WORKERS THAT STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR FOOD. MARISSA THE GENERAL MANAGER IS RUDE AND DEFENSIVE AND WILL ACT AS IF SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ISSUE A REFUND!! I AM WAITING TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT. Upon arriving at 2049 West Henderson Rd Dominos location to pick up a carry out order on 6/19/25, I went to open the door to go in i pulled both doors relatively hard. I started walking away back to my car to get my phone and call in. Before I got back to my car a woman came to the door and opened it. Because I work next to a Domino's myself i should assume she was the manager shift leader person in charge at the time whatever the title. This Dylan opens the door and immediately begins to get smart and argue back and forth with me about the door being open after she sat and watched me try to pull on the doors. She was extremely rude. I was expecting something more on the lines like yes our door can be tough to open you have to pull really hard sorry about that, how can I help I sa completely thrown off by her rude attitude. After she let's me in the door she immediately goes back in the kitchen to making food and LEFT ME STANDING THERE. She mumbled something under her breathe and left me at the counter. No so you have a carry out order would you like to place a order NOTHING. She began talking to an okay gentleman who a extremely kind might I add but she never said to him can you help her for me. At this point I should have taken by business elsewhere but I didn't. Finally be comes to the counter and ask if I have a carry out i eply yes. As i am asking him what the store number is this same manager woman starts yelling and blurting out numbers from the back where she is making food from. She never gave her name and she made sure to rattle the numbers fast enough so I couldn't really catch it. But thanks to the good old smart phone picking up locations here I am. The day was June teeth it could have been racially motivated or she's just not a nice person in general. The only reason for the 3 starts was the pizza was fresh and hot which anymore I guess is all that matters because the customer service aspect of this was disgusting.

Nae’s Thoughts

Burnt to a crisp with no bacon bits on it. Pizza is thin and hard and not a proper hand tossed pizza. This is the worst quality dominoes I have ever had and it’s not the first time from this location. It is way too expensive to be receiving this quality of food with no willingness to correct their wrong. Avoid Henderson dominoes at all costs.

Where do I begin... My buddy and I showed up for our order but the staff was awesome toward me and my buddy, they gave us extra food from inspection a couple days ago and wow... Y'all are awesome staff and management I would definitely recommend going here

The service there is not worth anything. They have a girl working there who canceled my order and refused to serve me because I asked her why the chicken costs more, even though the offer did not explain that. She said do not ask. I will not serve you. If I knew the number of the person in charge of her, I would have filed a complaint and made her lose her job immediately.

I was trying to order my emergency pizza on February 7. I needed to use it by February 9. I am a senior so sometimes it’s not as easy for me to use apps on my phone. With great difficulty, I was having a terrible time. I stopped into the West Henderson location where I usually order my pizza. I was greeted by a young lady. She asked me what I wanted, and I told her I was having trouble ordering my emergency pizza.. Her comment was with laughter. Good luck.! I said so no one here can help me, there was possibly four other people in the kitchen. She said no, we can’t help you. Now I am ticked off as I was leaving. I said well I guess I’ll have to talk to corporate.
She again laughed and then shared my message with the kitchen…. huh she’s gonna talk to corporate!
Totally totally unprofessional and rude.
So I got in my car and I ordered a pizza elsewhere, Just wanna let you know I will Never order pizza at this location. I know I’m just one person, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that has been treated poorly..
