I placed an order through the website and went to the location when I was told that the order was ready to go. It's close to my home. When I arrived I told them what I had ordered and they let me know that the order was for only 1 item and not the three piece that was listed on the site. they offered to make it right and it really did not take very long. Once the correct item (3 instead of one) was ready nobody called me to the counter or even attempted to get the order to me.

I finally asked about and, I'm sure, sounded a little frustrated. I was then told that I had ordered incorrectly and that I would actually owe more for the order. I had not ordered incorrectly and was not going to spend more. I also knew that I would not be able to receive a refund for the order- so- I walked out- saying that I would go home and check the order. If I indeed owed more I would take care of the additional payment. I did just that and, what do you know- I had ordered exactly what was listed on the site and had not ordered incorrectly

Telling customers that they did something wrong is one thing (and bad enough)- telling them this when you have no idea of what you are talking about???? Needless to say I would not plan to go back to this location

Iv ordered 3 times from here and every time they get my order wrong. How hard is it to mess up a medium two topping pizza?

They had an issue with the delivery with giving the wrong ticket to a driver so they didn’t have my food when they arrived. Someone else shortly came and gave me my order and it was missing the ranch. Not really a big deal but I paid extra for it so I called the store and the dude was rude on the phone cutting me off saying he can’t hear me when I was speaking loudly and clear in a quiet environment but yeah cause you’re not letting me speak that’s why. Then I called back and they said they can’t refund but send the driver back I was like no cause they probably don’t even have the ranch with them since the order delivery was messed up in the first place ?

I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta . They gave me this portion. That was really not expected. It’s not even half the plate for almost 9$ . I called them to let them know at least . They said we will grab a manager. They put me on hold and never got back to me . Anyway. Check your orders if you get anything from here . The food is good tho . No misunderstanding.

Ordered a large Philly pizza which I have ordered from Domino's a million times because it's one of my favorite pizzas. This time it was so dry, it was not made the way it usually is. I called and told the store about my pizza. I was told I would receive half off....which I never did! I won't be ordering from this location any more.

Love the thin crust, HOWEVER, (this store uses) their toppings literally as if they were lite garnishes. For instance, I ordered spinach on one pizza, I got 5 leaves on a medium. The other toppings were also very sparce. Come ON! Please be reasonable Domino’s. Do better.

These people dont care. I pay for extra toppings and don’t get the toppings. Get home and call them and its “come back out I’ll remake it, the order doesn’t show extra toppings”. Thats a lie cause i can read the order and it certainly has toppings. And no way i’m dragging the kids back out to fix YOUR mistake. Not returning anymore, too easy to drive to a different location.

Walk In was pretty good. My pizza was made hot and fresh. I recommend you to go inside and purchase your pizza. That way you can address any issues with your order while you’re there. My meal was good.

I have been ordering from here for 5 years, if not longer, and yesterday I got my food late and cold. When I asked for the food to be remade, the manager said yes, and he told me do you want to pick it up? I said no. I want it delivered just like I ordered it the first time. The manager has been rude since the beginning and refused to deliver it for free of charge, and I said okay, I’ll pay for delivery cost, and he said you have to make a new order then ,and when I called again after he hung up ,. He said I’m not giving free food, and I told him I want my order remade, and he told me that’s not free, but I can give you store credit, which made no sense, and he only gave me store credit for the food I paid and for the tip and not for the food I redeemed with points as well, and he was asking me if there is a microwave to heat the food. I had other food missing sometimes, but I never complained, but this guy is a rude person, and he’s lucky I’m not doing too well to be really mean back. The moment I decided to become mean back to him, he hung up, and after I got store credit, I told him to take it easy, and he hung up. You're the worst person I've had to deal with in a while and shouldn’t be a manager. Asking me to microwave the food instead of making a new one is nonsense when I paid to get hot food, not to put it in the microwave. Rude and didn’t give me the rest of the credit which is 7.99 for the lava cake . The store needs a new manager . This guy is terrible and so so rude for no reason .

I entered $90 worth the dominos gift cards on the dominos app to have there if we wanted a pizza or something. After the first order the entire amount disappeared. It happened again a second time. They literally stole my money. I’ve written to the customer service email with no resolution. I plan filing a fraud claim. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over a month! I just want my money back. The pizza is good but it’s not worth our money being stolen.
