Somewhat small menu. Decent selections of specially pizzas. Popcorn chicken isnt that good, very very small pieces. I will have the winds instead on any other orders I may make.

Ordered delivery. Total was $25 and some change. Gave the driver $40(2 twenties) and asked for $4 back. Driver then proceeded to slam my change into my hand. I guess a 40% tip ($10) is offensive now? I should not have ordered unhealthy food in the first place, but I will not tip their drivers ever again if I do.

Did not acknowledge me ask a question or say a single word he looked at me and I told him my name he picked up my stuff handed it to me and then moved on to the person behind me that was already annoyed. Jerks working here. This was"light baked" - burnt as normal.

I love Jets… but every time I order, and I arrive there at my pickup time given to me by the store, my order is never ready on time and I wait 5-10 min in the store on my order (nowhere to sit by the way). This seems to be a common theme in the reviews for this location.

Good pizza! Is any closer to NY-NJ pizza? Well if you are from the tri-state area this is not bad! Good pizza! Nice people and they are always busy! So make sure you call ahead or do it online!

I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time. Nothing like standing with 15 other angry customers for a half hour. No apologies, No explanation. No manager to be seen. There are too many other good pizza shops around to deal with this .

Good but greasy pizza.. order on a Friday at 5pm at your own risk, pick up orders are off by 30 minutes minimum. The website doesn’t adjust pickup times by order volume like it’s 2019..

I called to order a couple of cheese pizzas, and they said it would take about 35 to 40 minutes. I went to the store after 40 minutes, but they couldn’t verify my name or phone number. The manager asked me to place another order, and now I have to wait another 2 hours. This is my favorite pizza place, and I’m really disappointed with how they handled the situation.
