Tonight for the 4th time we got home to a wrong order. And I feel like the joke is on us because we keep ordering from this restaurant. After the first 3 wrong orders we always check our bag before we leave, and of course in a hurry today we didn’t. Completely wrong order. Again. Minimum wage food and service. We’re never eating at this chain again.
Good experience
I got take out of 3 different bowls. All of the noodles were HARD, we couldn’t even eat them. Really awful, how are you a NOODLE restaurant that can’t cook noodles? So disappointed. Barely any noodles or sauce in one but loaded with cheese and all of them were barely warm. Actually disgusting the more I think of it. I truly do not think the kitchen knows how to make the food
My noodles were ok, but I have a hard time paying so much money for pasta.
This store always goes above and beyond. We order/cater from here often and they are always SO nice. The food is always ready on time and tastes amazing! I wish everywhere was this great!

This so called "regular bowl" presented to me is not regular at all, it's an affront to decency and proper sustanance!
Upon inspection, I thought they must have mistakenly given me a small. I revisited the wretched establishment only to find that their absurdly diminutive "small" size is a mere saucer one might use for tea, with a lid to conceal it's own inadequacy
As if to further taunt their hungry patron, the bowl was only filled two thirds full. Two more of these paltry offerings might approach a meal.
The taste is acceptable, but flavor alone cannot redeem such parsimony.

Good food, pretty good service. First time here. Wasn't bad. Got the Zucchini noodles with shrimp instead of chicken and it was surprisingly more delicious than I expected.

Good food
I really enjoy this place. The outdoor seating is on a busy road but it’s enough to enjoy it. I like that they are getting with the keto scene and not just doing traditional pasta. The portion sizes are still a little sparse, but it’s OK.
Parking: A few spots avail.

Noodles & Co on Reed Road was so helpful when I came in to order lunch for my staff. The order was easy, quick, and they had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived a few days later for pick-up and helped me carry it all to the car. Thank you for such well-rounded and kind service!

Sign and Google show open at 1030. At 1040 I decided I could get lunch elsewhere. Clearly this location is having issues if they have trouble opening on time.

Trashy customer service. The store forgot to include an item in my take-out order. I discovered the missing item after I got home. I called the store and the employee was already giving me a tone of an attitude - not sure why I got an attitude for an item they forgot to include. When I went back to the store, the tone of an attitude escalated, and I called him out on it. Way to treat customers poorly for something you forgot. Will not be returning.

Ordered for a work lunch and the food didn’t disappoint. Had a few people who had never been before and they were very impressed. Definitely planning to eat here again!
