Firstly the attitude is crazy with the male (blonde) who took my order, secondly the person who made my drink (she/he not sure dark hair who always gets my drinks wrong) made it wrong again. I swear its the last time I come to this location. I have been here 5 times and orders easy items to give them a chance and its wrong every time. Even the one time I got a simple cold brew with mocha drizzle... swear on everything yall do this on purpose cause ain't no way you mess it up everytime.

Sub-par food and drink quality and lack luster service for the unreasonable amount you are required to pay. On top of that, you are pressured to tip someone who agreed to the job, delivered sub-par service, at best, then shoves a tip screen in your face after pressing 3 buttons and handing you a drink. Instead of forcing your consumers to pay for your shortcomings, hire better people by PAYING MORE.

This Starbucks is awesome. The room is beautiful with comfy seats. WiFi is fast. Servers are professional and friendly. Drive-thru is also fast. It is a great place to work or chat with friends.

This is my first time has a bad experience at Starbucks. I just visited the DT around 11:30 a.m. and was disappointed with the service. Associate at the window seems not a good mood handed me all my order and don’t even look at me or acknowledgment, even when I said thank you since ordering if I meant to him or rude I could understand. As someone working in customer service, I feel this attitude doesn’t reflect Starbucks’ usual standard. I hope the manager can address this so customers always feel welcome.

It was late in the afternoon and I felt exhausted, my mind heavy with the stress of work. Terrell and his crew mate were closing up shop and of course I needed a coffee when they were closing. I felt bad about it, but he was polite and made a matcha latte. He was empathetic of my situation and proved to be a well rounded barista. Thank you Terrell. They do it right here. The matcha latte he made got me through my overnight shift. I hope he is my barista again the next time I order from here. It's not easy to come by hard workers like that.
Personally I have been to many Starbucks locations but none of them will ever beat the experience I had at this location. The place is clean and tidy and the staff make it even better. Terrell is hands down one of the best people I have ever interacted with and my drink was out of this world, I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I look forward to my next visit at the West Henderson location!!

The guy behind the counter was insistent that I place my order as soon as I walked in rather than giving me a minute to warm up, it was 30 and windy. Then he kept misgendered me repeatedly after being corrected. My drink was only so so. Now I know which location to avoid
