It was late in the afternoon and I felt exhausted, my mind heavy with the stress of work. Terrell and his crew mate were closing up shop and of course I needed a coffee when they were closing. I felt bad about it, but he was polite and made a matcha latte. He was empathetic of my situation and proved to be a well rounded barista. Thank you Terrell. They do it right here. The matcha latte he made got me through my overnight shift. I hope he is my barista again the next time I order from here. It's not easy to come by hard workers like that.

Personally I have been to many Starbucks locations but none of them will ever beat the experience I had at this location. The place is clean and tidy and the staff make it even better. Terrell is hands down one of the best people I have ever interacted with and my drink was out of this world, I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I look forward to my next visit at the West Henderson location!!

The guy behind the counter was insistent that I place my order as soon as I walked in rather than giving me a minute to warm up, it was 30 and windy. Then he kept misgendered me repeatedly after being corrected. My drink was only so so. Now I know which location to avoid

In the drive thru with a mobile order, they said I needed to come inside to wait. If I told them in the drive thru would they not have the exact same amount of time to make it. Anyway I waited like 20 minutes to get a drink that was missing half of its ingredients. Y’all have no swag

Love this place. The drinks are always consistent and they are always fast. Also the customer service is AMAZING. Serena is wonderful.

Ordered a hot vanilla latte, got an iced drink through the drive thru. I left the drink in my car since as a former barista the Starbucks policy is to let the customer keep the old drink and make the moment right by making the correct order. I was told that I would have to go back to my car and let them dump out the drink before they would make my correct order. I wasn’t aware that Starbucks was so wasteful now.

Poor customer service every time I come into the store. The employees act like they hate their jobs. I’ve finally had enough. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a carmel ribbon crunch, but it appears they forgot the carmel. I rarely go to this location but the last two times employees have been rude and drinks have been poorly made. Will not be returning. I ended up going to another store because I didn't trust them to remake it correctly, and the difference is insane.
