Food was good, but the donuts looked like someone took a large bite out of the timbit. Service at the drive thru was horrible, it felt like we were being yelled at.

I visited with my daughters on Sunday 12/14 around 3 pm. We had just finished sledding and they wanted hot chocolate. What we got was chocolate colored water. It was watery, not sweet and nobody drank it. $8 wasted.
The lady who took the order at the drive thru sounded annoyed and not friendly. The older lady at the window was nicer. Do better Tim’s!

This visit genuinely moved me. I’m in the U.S. for work — consulting remotely for a firm — and this was my first time in the country, my first week here, and only the second confectionery I’ve ever visited in America. So I’m still absorbing the culture and how things work here.

On 17 October, around lunchtime, I walked into the Tim Hortons in Upper Arlington. I told the two people working the shift that I’d be ordering a dozen doughnuts later but wanted to have my lunch first. They couldn’t have been more welcoming — “Take your time,” they said, “no problem at all.” When I asked for a bottle of water, they handed me one free of charge. It might seem small, but it felt incredibly kind and human.

After my meal, I ordered a dozen doughnuts for a local healthcare facility I was visiting. I asked them to choose the selection themselves, paid without issue, and we had a friendly chat about where I was from and what brought me there. As I was leaving, I realised I needed another dozen, so I went back to order one more box.

That’s when they told me, with genuine enthusiasm, “This one’s on us — it’s for our healthcare workers.” I tried to insist on paying, but they absolutely wouldn’t take it. “No, this is our gift,” they said. I was honestly speechless.

Out of my entire week in the U.S., this simple act of kindness stood out more than anything else. For two people working in a chain café to show that kind of compassion and generosity — it completely reshaped my view of hospitality here. I might have forgotten their names, but I’ll never forget their warmth and the brand image of a Tim Hortons.

They turned an ordinary coffee stop into one of the most memorable moments of my trip.

It was great service, the workers was nice and helpful, I liked the drink they made me,
The Strawberry Kiwi Watermelon With Coconut Milk Refresher. They asked if I wanted it with Lemonade, I said sure go ahead, but, I wasn't able to taste the Watermelon and Cocunut Milk

This is the closest location for us and I doubt we will back. Went here fairly routinely and got toasted bagels, these days they forget to toast them more often than they get it right.

I order large coffee, two cream and one sugar I order Tim bits for my daughter. The coffee looks really bad because the cream is really bad and the timbits 2 of them look like someone took aBite of it that’s extremely bad business

3rd time in 2 weeks I’ve stopped by before 5:00 and the lights are always shut off with no one there. Your sign says you close at 5. Either stay until 5pm or update your store hour sign.

This location at 4740 Reed Rd Suite 121, Upper Arlington, OH 43220 closes daily at 4, as posted on their door. They do however keep the menu board lights on so we wait by the board at 4:30 thinking we are about to buy coffee....

I’m done with this location. It never fails, everytime I go through the drive through the employees are rude and you rarely get a hello when they open the window. Today my seven year old changed her mind after I ordered donuts. When I got to the window, I asked if they would add a Boston Cream to our order. The employee seemed irritated. I asked her if I was being annoying. She said they are timed and when customers do what I did it effects the time and it’s annoying. I couldn’t believe it. Worst customer service ever.To the manager or franchise owner of this location- do better. Treat your employees right and worry more about customer service rather than how many customers you can get through the line in a minute. Starbucks and Dunkin’ would never treat a customer the way you treat years based on the reviews I’ve seen.

I would give you more stars if things were done much better. The people in the drive-thru window need to get better at delivery. They are always in a hurry to get the order out the window they never check to make sure it's complete. Please make sure the donut is included in when customer orders it. Also, separate donut from the bag with hot stuff (i.e bacon snack wrapper or others)This trip I DID NOT receive my donut.I may start going to STARBUCKS if you continue down this poor path of insufficient customer service.
