Spent 40$ on quarters for games couldn't even collect prizes took quarters and employees said best they could do is let me shake the claw machine to try to get it and so just pretty poor service and asked for refund on couple games guess can't do that

We were so excited to take the family here for dinner and ice cream before Winter Fantasy of Lights. I can only recommend the ice cream. The pizza was awful to eat - cheese fell off with every bite. The salad bar had brown and watery lettuce, and still it cost 68 dollars to feed our family of 4 with ice cream and only 3 drinks, 2 salads, and 1 pizza. Staff was supportive and if the food was as good as the online pictures made it look, it might almost be worth it, but it's still far too much money for what you get.Kid-friendliness: The arcade games make this a reasonable good time for kids. With better food for moms and dads, a family would be happy to come back over and over.

Delivery was much faster than their estimated time.Pasta dinners were undercooked, but still edible.Also ordered the large HAND-TOSSED pizza and garlic cheese bread deal... pizza was clearly NOT hand-tossed, but the perfectly circular pre-made cardboard crust... and the pizza as a whole was overcooked.The garlic cheese bread ended up being the high point of our entire meal.

Showed up during the snowstorm with my husband and 2 boys for food and sanctuary.. the staff was amazing and so was the food! I wish we had a place like this near home!!!The gluten free pizza was amazing too!
I have been to hundreds of restaurants in my life and this place has the worst customer service I had ever experience. Front counter person was rude, looked annoyed that I was there, didn’t know the menu and just had a I don’t care attitude. And she rang up my order wrong. I asked about the amount and what it should be and again she was rude and unhelpful. Finally got the manager and the cashier had rang me up wrong. Manager was very rude and annoyed while refunding the difference. Every interaction with staff was awful. The whole thing made me want to leave but our order was coming out. I will say the cheese bread was very good and the pizza was tasty but I can’t get over how rude and unprofessional this place is. Ran by a bunch of entitled kids. The staff was not polite to anybody whether on the phone or in person. I would never come back here again. The owner needs to look into who he/she has working there. I was there 12/15/22 around 5:30pm.

Put put is ok nothing spectacular, the "arcade" is pretty bad really only for small children like birthday partys half the games don't work or are in disrepair

The food was delicious, the owner was really nice, I was trying to get this one duck in one of the machines and I couldn’t get it so he spent about 30 dollars and got that duck! But over all loved it
