Were from Northern Michigan the Arby's here seemed like it had more meat on the sandwiches then ours was good

We have the meats, at ripoff prices. Advertised 4 for 10 roast beef is 4 for 14 at this location. Guy at window says that location is franchised and can choose to follow sales. Sandwiches were cold. My son was sick later that night. Somehow I keep giving places a chance. Cold, disgusting food at a higher price. I am done at this location.

The employees were understaffed. The roast beef I got was medium-rare and didn't appear to be fully cooked. There were a lot of people eating in which was interesting

Staff seem friendly and it’s usually kept clean. But, I’m not sure how the Christian music that always playing is allowed so I can’t say it’s a positive experience eating here.
