We were a bit tentative eating at this location, having had a very bad experience several years prior, but we decided to give them another chance and were not disappointed. It seemed a bit dingy upon walking in but the food was delicious, though my aunt wasn’t particularly impressed with the mashed potatoes. The bathroom was clean though and we had awesome service, thanks to Angie. Overall a five in my book!

Overall, the food at Bob's is good and I'll continue to eat at Bob's. But it seems like most of the Bob's I've eaten at, the food is usually luke warm at best. And it isn't just one or two places, but most Bob's.

We went there for Father's day. It wasn't very busy, and we had a group of ten people. Apparently, something is going on with the water in Upper Sandusky that they were not giving you glasses of water,but we're charging customers for bottles of water. Which would have cost me $7 on top of the meal. I found it weird that they were not at least offering one complementary bottle of water as it's not the customer's fault, the water was funky i mean, a case of water can cost anywhere between 3 and 4 dollars depending on where you buy it. So 2 cups of coffee sold for the day would pay for a case.. Im not quite sure how they were making the iced tea or the ice cubes. The place was maybe a third full the service was extremely slow, which is the norm at this bob evans. We did not get our silverware until the meal was almost served. I had the beef tips and they were very salty and did not taste like they were fresh like the meat was frozen. My wife was not impressed with the fries. She had. Overall, I try to be objective when I do reviews. But this once again was not a very favorable visit to this bob evans. I personally think they were profiteering on the water issue by charging for the water. The way they were yet, they were still making ice cubes coffee and tea, and not barring the fact that they were using water, probably in some of the food recipes, unless it's all prepackaged, which i'm not sure. I know in Ohio people tend to be loyal to a restaurant even if they've had some bad experiences. I get that a restaurant can have an off day every now and then. But every time we've been to this particular bob evans, there's been issues with either service , or food not being right or fully cooked. I will be very hesitant to ever come back to this particular Bob Evans

Our family just went here to celebrate Fathers Day. We have always been impressed with the food. The place was packed, so I was expecting slower service than usual. To our surprise, everything came out very quickly, and each of us agreed that the meals were the best we'd had from there to date. Our server was 5-star as well.

June 5 , 2025. They most have a cook that's Very slow and careless. We waited 45 minutes for our food , then he didn't send it all. The water is nasty , so the coffee is Not good

We waited for almost 20 minutes for our server. There were 4 other tables seated in the entire place. We only wanted water to drink as it was late but we were told the water is bad. That also made the iced tea bad but the coffee would be ok. Hmmm I feel in this situation the restaurant should have provided bottled water. So we ate dinner while someone was vacuuming our entire section. Great atmosphere 👎🏻

I ordered 2 lg Sausage Gravy to share with family.. It was watered down and had barely any Sausage!! Extremely dissatisfied as this is my favorite!!!

I have not been to a Bob. Evans restaurant in a while, very disappointed on the burger I ate, i remember they used to serve real good burgers, the mcdonald's big mac it's a bigger burger, Pay $13 For what looked like to be a junior burger from mcDonald's, and the meat was overcooked and dry very close to being burnt,, That sure is disappointing,
