I'm not sure this is an actual Burger King. Drove up to window and ordered four hamburgers and were told they only have two. What burger place runs out of burgers! Had to get chicken sandwiches for two of the orders. Burned chicken that had been drying out for a few weeks. The whole thing was terrible! Should have asked for a refund.

Today I had the worst experience, they served me a hamburger with cold bread like a refrigerator, I stopped to claim it and the manager told me that here they are served like this, last time I come to this place, how sad that the manager herself has no idea what public service is

Me and my wife decided we wanted to grab a small bit to eat and pulled into the drive through. With only 2 cars in front of us after a long wait for the first car and then a long wait on the second we finally got up to the speaker and was asked to wait even longer. After 10 mins of waiting we just pulled off. This location just seems to have got worse lately. What a shame because it was the best place in town for a Burger and fries.

Ordered 2 Whoppers and 1 had nothing on it. I figured I could just show them (a pic) the next time I was in town, I don't live in town and wasn't going to make a special trip just because they messed up my Whopper but since I didn't call and complain they would not make it right even though I had the receipt. I love BK but I will never goto this one again! Very bad management!!

Usually haven’t had a problem with this place, but the one time I went home with my order without checking first I find out that the jalapeno cheddar bites I ordered weren’t in the bag.
I wish I could give negative starts ordered a bacon melt and this is what I got. No bacon no sauce what a sandwich. I don't recommend going here and burger King was my favorite.

Go somewhere else!! An absolute joke of a fast food restaurant!! This store should be shut down immediately!! Absolutely disgusting interior!! Literally 3 people working. I waited 6 minutes in the drive thru while 2 cars in front of me sat as well, and then I decided to go in and get it to go, bad mistake there too, I stood inside , the only customer, for another 6 minutes and not one person even looked my way!!! Terrible service!!! Never ever even thinking of going here again!!

4 hours traveling and my first stop was at this Burger King. The girl who helped me is one who speaks English and Spanish, night shift today, Saturday. When I saw her I spoke to her in Spanish and that's when her face changed. I ordered 2 Crispy Chicken, he didn't ask me how I wanted it, but I want nothing. His face was angry. When I got my order I told the girl that I wanted it with cheese and bacon but she looked at me and told me that's not how you ordered me. And I told him ok it was my fault I ordered it wrong thank you. But it didn't give me a solution. Then my husband wanted to use the bathroom and they were cleaning and even though they saw us standing there, they didn't let us in. They were so desperate to close the store than to serve the customer. Then we realized that his anger was because we arrived to buy just minutes before closing the store. THE FOOD VERY BUT VERY TASTY, WARM but the person who served me terribly should not be there.
