I had the pleasure of bringing my large group to Cheers 2 U on a Saturday afternoon. The service was excellent, the staff was happy to accept our large group (I called 2 days ahead) and had everything ready to go as soon as we arrived. We preordered and all the food was correct, organized, and delicious. Our group has a wonderful experience and we highly recommend.

Well it was a rough first start but the manager remedied the situation. The food is smoked fresh daily. We came back and I'm glad we did everything was delicious I would have to say that the cheesecake was my favorite dessert. The ribs are delicious and the oven fired pizza is right on spot. This restaurant offers a cozy welcoming environment with a rustic touch to it which is beautiful.

I’ve been here a decent amount of times since a relocation to Upper and by now truly know the heart of this place…Beautiful, PLEASENT Staff,EVERYTIME,Food Always 5 Stars!!! THIS IS A FRIENDLY SUGGESTION About the Volume of the 🎵 Music . ON A Recent SUNDAY, mid Afternoon ,It WAS Very Loud, not many customers ,nice relaxing but the volume was TOO LOUD .IF IT COULD BE SET At A Lower Volume,,, Especially When Crowd Size Is Lower, IT WOULD BE GREAT,,,I LOVE THE FACT U HAVE A GREAT VARIETY OF TUNES THERE,KEEP ADDIND MORE GENRES TO PLAYLIST,,,

We stopped in for dinner. The restraint was packed but we had no wait for a table and our waitress was awesome. My daughter ordered the cowboy burger and loved it. I got the brisket and Swiss sandwich with Au jus and twisted taters. We also got an appetizer of pretzel bites with cheese. The food was delicious and the cost was much less than I expected. Would definitely go back when in the area.

Wish I could give less than a 1 star Horrible experience at Cheers 2u tonight. No apologies No trying to compensate. We were sat at 545, had to flag someone down for drinks after a 1/2 hour. We were there with a couple they ordered brisket we ordered a med pizza. Never were told there was a wait for pizza. Our friends got their food then was told ours would be out soon … then told after bout 15 more minutes it was burnt and it would be longer. Our friend had finished their meals it was now 7:00pm . We said never mind on the pizza but we weren’t paying for our drinks. Well the lady behind the bar came over and said yes we needed to pay for our drinks… no I’m sorry for your inconvenience no sorry no anything. We paid the 12 dollars I’m sure you would have noticed had we not. Will never eat there again will tell everyone we know not to eat there. Fix your customer service because it’s lacking. She was very rude and acted like it was our fault we never got food!
