Came here for a chocolate shake and the dining room was closed so I go thru the drive thru and they have no milk shakes.Reading through the reviews it seems common that y'all are constantly out of product. How do you expect to stay in business if you can't provide customers with what you're in business to sell?
person that took our order was very rude i could tell be her tone that she was a dummy teen and was super lazy. also they were out of nearly everything I wanted to order I ended up getting something that was just ok rather than what I wanted which was yummy?. please be better and mabye the great tent phips will give you a second chance.

Went to get a nutter butter shake they was out wanted fries they don't have them daughter wanted animal cookie blizzard they was out. Needless to say we got nothing.

The Ice Cream is great! Service however could use some work. My 1st time in there the Manager had a new person in there who clearly wanted to help. As they weren't that busy, I couldn't understand why she wasn't training him or talking to him or showing him anything! I've been in the store and through the drive through... Both interactions were the same. Not friendly, barely communicating at the drive thru and not at all happy or hospitable. On a better note... The young lady at the window who handed me my ice cream was fast, courteous and did smile! Maybe she should be the Manager.
