The Ice Cream is great! Service however could use some work. My 1st time in there the Manager had a new person in there who clearly wanted to help. As they weren't that busy, I couldn't understand why she wasn't training him or talking to him or showing him anything! I've been in the store and through the drive through... Both interactions were the same. Not friendly, barely communicating at the drive thru and not at all happy or hospitable. On a better note......
Person that took the order was not polite, sat my husband cone on the counter, however the second person gave me my cone my hand and said thank you and have a nice day. Great for the second person ?.
The staff that closed last night (Friday, 10/4) were so nice to me. I was 2 hours in to a 12 hour drive from Indiana to New Jersey and needed a mocha moo latte to keep me going. I was so excited when I saw a sign for this DQ but unfortunately I arrived at the door exactly at 9 pm when they had just locked the door and were in the process of closing up.
