We went to eat tonight, the calamari was perfection , not chewy but fresh and the spice was spot on. The burger was the absolute best I have had in many years, yes, even better than my own. The spaghetti my wife had was also spot on with flavor profiles you would expect from high end restaurants. Which this obviously is. In our own small area of the woods. We have the best food providers and we appreciated this . The chef delivered our food personally. He was a pleasure to speak to.the greeter was one in a million and we enjoyed her as well as the server whose name slips my mind , but she was very attentive. We appreciate you and we will be back. Thanks for a great night.

Don Tomasso’s Italian Kitchen is an absolute gem in Upper Sandusky. The food is so delicious—you can truly taste the care and authenticity in every dish. Portions are generous, prices are very reasonable, and the quality easily rivals much bigger-city Italian restaurants. On top of that, the atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner or a special night out. This is the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Have been to this restaurant several times and have had great food every time. The godfather Stromboli is the best Stromboli I’ve ever had. The place is clean and servers have been helpful and attentive every time. I will be going back for sure.

This restaurant is more than a place to eat — it’s an experience. The vibe is cool, eclectic, and full of personality, with something new to notice every time you visit. Tom’s Italian cuisine is the purest form of comfort food, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and real intention. The staff is just as incredible — friendly, laid-back, and genuinely welcoming. Big-city talent, small-town heart, and a place you’ll want to return to again and again. If you have not yet been.. I promise you are missing out. Don Tomasso’s serves the best food in town, and I don’t say it lightly. As someone who now lives hours away.. I make it a priority to have a meal from there every time I am in town.

Fantastic food - wonderful quality BUT - portions are 1/2 as much as they should be. You will leave hungry.

First visit in a couple of years. I've decreased my rating. The dish I had was described as a breaded chicken breast in lemon herb sauce, roasted potatoes, and vegetable of the day.

The chicken breast itself was good, but not the rest. The sauce was really watery with little flavor.

The potatoes seemed re-heated and dry, and were a ridiculously small portion size. Likewise the steamed broccoli, which had no seasoning, was a tiny portion. I would compare it to the sizes in a typical frozen meal, like Lean Cuisine.

My companion's spaghetti marinara was also a surprisingly small size.

The waitress was nice and service was prompt. But overall it just wasn't worth the price.

We went there for dinner on a Friday night. It was busy but the service was really good and fast.

We had calamari and chicken wings for appetizers that were both delicious..... along with the bread they brought to the table was really enough for a meal for the two of us. We ended up ordering a pizza with ham, bacon and black olives. The pizza was amazingly good.

It was well worth the trip.

Will definitely be going back again.

We have always had excellent service and food but this last time was not good. I had the Caesar salad and the dressing tasted like garlic mixed with water. The Tomasso bread was delicious but I was charged $1.50 when I asked for extra dipping sauce. The spaghetti had a new sauce or something and tasted like it had just tomato paste on it.

The server was asked for bread when she came by. We reminded her that the menu said you get fresh bread with the spaghetti. We were informed that you have to ask for bread. ??

We were very disappointed. We will probably be back but it will be a long long time. Sorry to say.

The pan seared Atlantic Halibut and sweet corn risotto was amazing! Our portions were huge and I’m currently eating it for lunch the next day!
