I mean to say that I was so confused is an understatement. After waiting about another minute without her finishing my order, we just left. This particular location is a huge noš.

Would give them less than one Star if I could. I will say it was busy as itās at the loves truck stop., however we still at the counter for 5 mins and they didnāt even acknowledge that we were waiting. The person looked right at us and continued to ignore is completely so we left. Wonāt go back . They need to teach them customer service skills .

Order bacon cheeseburger with double bacon. Got 3 pieces of half cooked bacon medium from and drink no straw or napkins for 14 dollars. Place is hot garbage, went in to complain they just said yep that's what we do.

9 times out of 10, my monster biscuit order is wrong. At the drive thru window, I request no cheese on the monster biscuit. It doesnāt matter how I say it. The worker at the drive thru, rings ā no sm cheeseā on the order. Whoever is in the kitchen puts cheese on the biscuit, 90% of the time.
I am a local so I visit at least twice a month. I probably would go more often but It blows my mind that they have a 90% chance to get my order wrong.
I order the same thing every time. Even if my wife goes, they still mess it up. It is the same 3 workers too. I am not sure if itās the way itās rung or the worker in the kitchen but someone needs retrained.

Took 20 minutes to get chicken wraps. Coke tasted terrible. Fries were good. Slow service possibly due to drug addict employees. Manager should make them work harder and not let em smoke pot during breaks.

8/21/24... Ordered drive-thru about 640pm. One sandwich was custom ordered. Gage, on window, no sooner gave me my change and handing me my bag. I immediately thought old food. I get home... The stuff is still hot, not warm, and everything was made point on. All because it was closer to home this particularly long day?

Came in and ordered sausage egg biscuit combo it 07:30 you would think the food would be hot and fresh nope everything is warm and old I had to reheat my biscuit and throw away my hash browns
This Hardee's was definitely not up to standard. Food was basically thrown on the table. Hashbrowns looked and tasted as though they were previously cooked and sitting and then dropped back in old grease upon order. Drink machines and coffee machines were down, so we had to ask the loves to use their machines. Biscuits looked slapped together as the ingredients were all separated upon opening. Even witnessed a staff member scratching their rear end.

Well, I have stopped here at this Hardeeās on and off a total of probably five times Iāve got to say after the second visit I shouldāve worked my lesson every time I repeat this every time your fries are always pretty just code nasty. The sandwich is half rated to be anything good And the price is ridiculous. First time on them second time on me you would think I wouldāve learned. Save your money. Go to somewhere else. Trust me on this.
