Was not expecting much, but I was wrong. French fries were hot, fresh and crisp and burger was hot, juicy and delicious. Service was outstanding. We were given a senior discount without even asking and were given jumbo cups instead of large. Great friendly service. And again, best French fries I have had in years.

I waited 18 minutes for two fish sandwiches and after that they told me only one is ready. So i canceled because they said they forget to make the other one so i canceled my order because i can't wait anymore. I'm VERY disappointed!

Got a shake and it was watery so I asked her to told ven and she had an attitude. And said they only make shakes like that. And that she won’t change it . Had to insist before she went back to ask the manager who instructed her to remake it . Attitude and response was Absolutely unnecessary . The second shake was perfect tho thanks to the second employee that was very polite and didn’t have a problem remaking it

I moved to Upper Sandusky about a year ago and was so excited to have a Hardee’s in town!! I’m not sure you can even call this a Hardee’s. More than 2 dozen times this location has ran OUT OF FOOD!! Yes, you read that correctly. Just this morning we wanted to run through and get a sandwich for our road trip. We couldn’t at this location because they ran out of SAUSAGE!! This would be a great location to start a restaurant. Our McDonald’s bagel was delish!

Everything is excellent here. Very clean with fast service. My only complaint is that you can't even locate this Hardee's on the Hardee's app, nor can you do any mobile ordering with it, as it is part of a Love's travel stop.

Ordered the famous star low carb . When watching the employee make the sandwich , instead of placing a wrap on the counter prior to grabbing the lettuce , she was placing the lettuce directly on the metal counter . When I said something about it the cashier got an attitude about it . When was handed the sandwich the person making the sandwich stated it’s the correct sandwich but I didn’t wrap it correctly. After I got my meal someone else was placing an order and cashier said to that individual “I hope you are in a better mood “ . Employees need to know more about handling food and what cross contamination is and how to properly handle food . lettuce is more prone to cross-contamination.

Yall gotta toast the bread more and check your warmers or something. Ordered a Frisco and my toast was raw, and the sandwich overall was cold. Not a great experience.... nice lady on register. Approx 10:30am 12-20-24

Awful! Stopped for breakfast, waited awhile before greeted, then started to place order, and the gal walked away mid-ordering and started packing other orders. I mean to say that I was so confused is an understatement. After waiting about another minute without her finishing my order, we just left. This particular location is a huge no👎.

Would give them less than one Star if I could. I will say it was busy as it’s at the loves truck stop., however we still at the counter for 5 mins and they didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting. The person looked right at us and continued to ignore is completely so we left. Won’t go back . They need to teach them customer service skills .
