Only this one Hardee’s can make such crappy sandwiches every single time you go there! This morning the biscuit is so hard. It’s impossible to even bite through it. On my way to Burger King right now! lol

Ordered our food and the fries were cold. Ordered a kids hamburger meal and did not receive the kids toy. Had to wait for thr kids hamburger only for it to be cold also and the bread was hard

The shift from Thursday Sept 4 at 1715 was so sweet!!! From my experience, it’s kinda hard to understand the ratings. My only complaint is not all the chains using discount codes. As a truck driver, people always tearing our heads off with prices and ion like that.

Stopped for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. Two of ordered, the food platter was great. The hash rounds were fresh and crisp. Nikki was excellent to deal with!

Was not expecting much, but I was wrong. French fries were hot, fresh and crisp and burger was hot, juicy and delicious. Service was outstanding. We were given a senior discount without even asking and were given jumbo cups instead of large. Great friendly service. And again, best French fries I have had in years.

I waited 18 minutes for two fish sandwiches and after that they told me only one is ready. So i canceled because they said they forget to make the other one so i canceled my order because i can't wait anymore. I'm VERY disappointed!

Got a shake and it was watery so I asked her to told ven and she had an attitude. And said they only make shakes like that. And that she won’t change it . Had to insist before she went back to ask the manager who instructed her to remake it . Attitude and response was Absolutely unnecessary . The second shake was perfect tho thanks to the second employee that was very polite and didn’t have a problem remaking it

I moved to Upper Sandusky about a year ago and was so excited to have a Hardee’s in town!! I’m not sure you can even call this a Hardee’s. More than 2 dozen times this location has ran OUT OF FOOD!! Yes, you read that correctly. Just this morning we wanted to run through and get a sandwich for our road trip. We couldn’t at this location because they ran out of SAUSAGE!! This would be a great location to start a restaurant. Our McDonald’s bagel was delish!

Everything is excellent here. Very clean with fast service. My only complaint is that you can't even locate this Hardee's on the Hardee's app, nor can you do any mobile ordering with it, as it is part of a Love's travel stop.
