Super fresh, fast, and friendly service! All of our food was better than expected, as we've had not-so-good experiences at other locations. The environment was extremely clean and welcoming, and the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu items we highly recommend this location if you want great food and service! Thank you to Mark and his coworkers for a great experience!Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and fries

If i could give this location a negative 5 i would. The computers were down so the couldn't take orders but they also couldn't stop cooking food and feeding their own faces

Probably worst breakfast ever. Ordered 2 Frisco Breakfast sandwiches. Not toasted (or so lightly toasted they were still white), cold cheese, cold eggs, lukewarm ham. Drove 30 minutes because wife wanted steak biscuits (only to find out they have been discontinued). Too bad, they were the best thing available at breakfast. Won't be going back.

I love the chicken ranch wraps. Better than McDonald's. Fills the whole tortilla. It's my new favorite. My husband loves the spicy one. But it don't come with cheese so u gotta ask for it.

I order one combo meal and the cashier charged me double. When I told her why she charge me double. She just told me okay I’ll refund you. Didn’t even apologize. She talked to me with rude attitude not friendly at all. Food sucks as well. The meat is not cooked properly. Took a bite and throw it in the trash. This happens today around 1pm 12/30/2023.

custumer service is very unprofessional I am a driver and have come here twice and both times have gotten my order wrong ! All we want is a nice fresh hot meal instead they give it all cold and on top missing ingridien in my burger this time they forgot a slice of cheese and I ask them to remake it and they just brought me a slice of cheese for me to put it on I demanded for it to be remade or I would cancel the order and they did but the manager she's very awfully rude don't even deserve the position of being a manager

Stopped while travelling through to grab a quick cheeseburger and drink. That is all, just a cheeseburger and drink. How hard can that be to make right. Well, they are really good at screwing up food. The cheeseburger was cold and tasted like one of those nasty microwave burgers you get at 7-11 at 2 in the morning. It didn't even taste like it was real beef, I think they fry them up early and then nuke them and put them on the bun. Worst cheeseburger I have had in a long time. I got a Dr Pepper and my wife got a coke. Neither tasted like it was supposed to. They tasted like carbonated something, but not like Coke or Dr Pepper. You wonder why there are never any cars in a Hardees parking lot, it is because they suck.

I ordered a super sausage combo. The lady struggled to see the screen (no problem). She typed in no biscuit when I said no egg. The lady making my sandwich caught it, though. What we didn't catch is that the lady at the register rang me up for a super bacon. I understand she had trouble seeing the screen, and I didn't leave the restaurant yet. So, there's no issue yet. I let her know my order was wrong, and I requested the super sausage. The lady making sandwiches stepped away. The lady that was at the register fixed my sandwich. When she did, she picked out the hardest biscuit she could find. It feels like it was cooked yesterday. I knew it once I grabbed it. That means she knew it as well. I thanked her for fixing it, but I got no pleasantries in return. It was like I was wrong for asking for what I originally asked for. The lady making the sandwich came back in as I was leaving and presented with pleasantries as I departed. That was great customer service on her part, but it didn't fix my total experience today.
