The last event: they want to charge $1.00 in the drive through for a medium water that tastes like sewer water thanks to Upper Sandusky. A dollar? Ridiculous!

Horrible unsweet tea, tasted like mold. I am positive. It’s the ice machine not being cleaned out. They wanna blame it on the city water. But I’ve had tea from there before and it never tasted that way. Clean your ice machines before someone gets sick.!!

Even though it says they are open until 11pm at only 8:30pm they have all the doors locked and only allow drive thru service. Being next door to a truck stop you would think they would have the inside open for drivers to get food. If I could give zero stars I would.

I would have it zero stars if I could. Ordered food to go and get home and the fish sandwich and an order of medium fries not even gave to me and that's almost $10 in itself not to mention the food I didn't get screwed over on was nasty and old so wasted $20 today and probably the last time McDonald's ever gets my families business because its a pretty regular occurrence anymore. Been messed up order the last 3 of 5 times been to this place. And costing a lot of money to not even receive my order or it's completely messed up

The food at McDonald's is always good, but the service can be hit or miss. I recently went to McDonald's and ordered a medium iced mocha. It took 7 minutes to get my drink, even though my order was the only one on the screen. My name wasn't even called when it was ready. I will give them 5 stars for the taste of the food and the mocha but only 2 stars for their unacceptable service!
Well, I was excited. I stopped to get a Mc rib meal and first off the lady in the drive-through at for my order and while I was speaking, another girl in the background started yelling, another girl‘s name and laughing so that kind of threw me off and then when I ordered it I asked for no pickles and I got back on the highway. Got a couple miles down the road and realized after pulling it out and getting ready to bite end of my delicious Mc rib sandwich that I was so excited to eat. It has pickles on it and no barbecue sauce. Now does that make sense? Very, very, very disappointed in this McDonald’s location

The drive through was an absolute train wreck. They seemed incapable of making a plain hamburger. They got orders swapped around and we paid for someone else's meal. It wound up being less money for us, but the people in front of us were upcharged nearly $15. Then it took nearly 20 min to get our food.
