Literally waiting in the lobby for half an hour for my breakfast. With like 15 crew members and two managers. Orders going in but no food coming out. The lobby was packed and the drive thru was too. They clearly don't know what they're doing. Then when I got my meal the steak was paper thin, no onions, pretty sure those were eggshells I crunched on. A total waste of my money and time

ahh, the infamous Upper Sandusky Mcdonalds!
I have been coming to this McDonald's on Wednesday nights after church for a number of years, with our youth group. and for all of those times, the staff has always been gracious enough to put up with our antics, often letting us stay later than we should, as long as we agreed to clean up our messes (even though they have RIGHTFULLY gotten a little short with us, haha)
I have been through the remodel thay happened a couple years ago, and it seems like at the turn of the remodel, the food quality has gone down, as well as their service quality (yes I am aware this is a mcdonalds)
since they put the kiosks in, its almost impossible to get someone to come to the front to physically take your order, even when the restaurant is not busy at all. often waiting quite a few minutes. the manager (i believe she is the manager) is always so kind, as well as the rest of the staff, but it's just usually a slow process!
regardless, I will always enjoy coming here on a Wednesday with my friends! the memories we've made are so special, and the staff has been a part of it too!
I definitely recommend getting the snack wraps since they are back! 🤗

Didn’t get our complete order missing a whole sandwich. Could not turn back since we’re on the highway. I hate McDonald’s. They never seem to get it right .And,asked. for a sausage McMuffin. No egg there was egg on it. Never did get the egg McMuffin.

The last event: they want to charge $1.00 in the drive through for a medium water that tastes like sewer water thanks to Upper Sandusky. A dollar? Ridiculous!
