The food at McDonald's is always good, but the service can be hit or miss. I recently went to McDonald's and ordered a medium iced mocha. It took 7 minutes to get my drink, even though my order was the only one on the screen. My name wasn't even called when it was ready. I will give them 5 stars for the taste of the food and the mocha but only 2 stars for their unacceptable service!
Seems like they always forget something or mess our order up. This time we didn’t receive our apple pie, last time they put Mayo on our sandwich when we said no Mayo (but had the little tag on the sandwich that said no Mayo). The time before that they gave us a plain McDouble when we asked for extra pickles on it. Their service is quick but it would be nice to have our order correct.
What can you say. It's McDonald's. Just make sure you check your order before you leave. Prices for a family of 5 have gone crazy. Almost $70 to feed us was just too much for McDonald's in my opinion.
