They should let people know that they turn the grill off at 630 instead of 7 smh sitting in line for 20 minutes just to be told at 634 I couldn't get food

This was my first experience with Mike's since moving to Upper Sandusky. The place was absolutely packed and there were so many people running around the kitchen and drive through area I wad impressed with how quickly they operated as a team and still able to talk and laugh a little. I took 5 kids and everybody got something different and ALL of it was absolutely amazing. Great food, very good timely service and the only point I took off was due to the parking situation when the line wraps around the block.

My Co-Buddies and I walked our students from the school to our local ice cream shop, In Upper! It was a proud teacher moment, our students did great. This was a very well deserved trip and our ONLY trip this year!❤️😊
HOWEVER…… The lady at the counter of OUR LOCAL ICE CREAM SHOP, Ask our children to stay outside. I was shocked to hear this….. Sooooo, here I am….. Lady, you have NO BUSINESS being in customer service!! And let me ask you 1 simple question, if a family of 12 came walking in the door that had children with disabilities, would you ask them to stay outside!!! 🤯You should be ashamed of yourself !
Needless to say, Me and my family will NOT support the LOCAL BUSINESS, by any means!

Open only 4 days/week, and no later than 6pm. Inside of the store is no longer open, and once you get into the drive thru line you can’t get back out. Children were standing in between the cars in the sun waiting to order from the drive thru because the inside is not open. This is an atrocious safety hazard. Do not support this business.

Went at lunchtime,ordered from d/thru,12:10 got food 12:38. While waiting in line,other people behind got food,we were told.," inside dining area got slammed". Really, 28 minutes in" step aside" line.
Excellent food and ice cream! A little pricey but friendly staff!

We loved that you opened up during the Christmas lights. We take our dogs to see the lights every year and this year we all were very excited to add ice cream to our trip as well.
Best place around to get ice cream or a shake.
