They have a lady in there, needing to be removed . Very toxic attitude!!! Also was humiliating fellow employees.... sorry, she needs gone.
Manager was yelling at customers, acting as if the fact that she had to do her job and make 100 Subs already was somehow the customer's problem. And that it should be an excuse for her piss poor demeanor and attitude. I had ordered four subs two of which were wrong, I understood that they were busy so when I went back in to have the order corrected I asked nicely and politely. Instead of acknowledging that a mistake could have happened with how busy they were the manager told me that I was wrong, and that the order was made correct and it's so very rudely. So I asked what sense would it make for me to come back in there if the order had been made correct in the first place. She refused to remake the order and told me to leave before she called the police because I yelled at her after she initially yelled at me. Subway as a whole is piss poorly managed, you can't even find a proper Avenue to file a complaint. When I asked for contact information for the manager's boss I was told that it was some teenage kid who was standing next to her, who also admitted to messing up the order. The manager told me my only other option was the teenager's dad because he was the owner of this particular Subway. The manager tried to excuse the way that she was talking to other customers by saying that they are her friends and they understood that she was joking. It does not matter if they were or were not her friends, she had no business to talk to any customer that way, especially in front of customers that she did not know. I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated today and give my highest of recommendations to Jimmy john's, they know how to treat customers
One of the female employees has a very rude and obnoxious attitude. There is a lack of basic customer service and etiquette. Do better.
I just went there twice and they are always out of meatballs.

I know everyone thinks it's just a Subway. But this one is small town friendly and the food is fresh and definitely get your money's worth.
Best subway around. Clean and efficient. Plenty of available parking.

We ordered using the app. I have had issues in the past with the employees not following directions. This was not anything different.
1st: I added the 20% coupon on the total and it didn't take anything off.
2nd: it said it was ready and it wasn't.
3rd: I notated that I wanted all subs toasted including the wrap. The wrap was not toasted and it was my kids.
4th: I had no tomatoes or olives on my sub even though that is how I ordered it
There should also be an option to withhold the tip if things are bad. Gave them a decent tip and the screwed it up.

Came here for lunch after online ordering failed. I realize that is not the employee's faults but after I said 'I tried ordering online a few times and it wasn't working just thought y'all should know' the lady, Alicia (?), was EXTREMELY rude. She started fussing about how it's not down and they have been pushing orders out and there's nothing she can do. I let that slide cause I get it, she seemed stressed but I was not referencing it was anyone's fault. What I didn't let slide is how she was throwing all the customers food around acting like a child quite frankly. She was very rude when I was talking to the other employee putting toppings on and was pretty much screaming. I asked for extra cheese on my sub and Alicia was not happy. She started getting loud with me about how my sub already had extra cheese and I should of asked for that before it was toasted but I told her I liked the cheese cold. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The Subway in the Pilot gas station has never been like this and neither has this location until today.

Worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. I get it. It's not fine dining, but why act so irritated when customers come unto your store during normal hours?I went in at about 20 minutes until 3 p.m. on Monday so I could get some drinks and a snack for my children so we could watch the eclipse. I was greeted by a very annoyed, very pushy worker who was outside in the parking lot.She barked at me that she was closing the store soon for an hour to watch the eclipse, too. So, I went in and was talking with another woman behind the counter while the parking lot woman came in to yell at me that I was not to bother the other woman.... Okay. Finally, acting very frustrated, she took my drink and my couple cookies and churro order acting like she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Then she yelled from the counter that I couldn't park in her parking lot. That I had just the time I needed to eat the junk food and then leave.I am so sorry to have so badly annoyed this worker who was under such stress for standing in an empty store in the middle of the afternoon. It was my fault for coming in when I saw the store was open. Not to worry, I will never bother this restaurant again and see that anyone and everyone I see will avoid, at all cost, this store as well. We just can't expect the employees to do their job under stuch ridiculous conditions as being open in an empty store on a beautiful Monday afternoon.This particular employee gives customer service a black eye. What a pathetic waste of money.
The manager was so rude and appeared to be on something. Don't do drugs!!! We won't go back. She was tweaking and scary. So sad. It use to be a friendly place to get a goodcsub. We'll go over to the Subway by McDonalds from now on.

Came in, wanted to place an order to pick up in 2 hours. I thought I was being helpful by ordering ahead and giving them plenty of time to complete my order. The 2 employees appeared to be put out that I requested help. There was only one customer there besides me. They told me I would need to go online to order. I left, disappointed that there was NO customer service. I drove across town and got immediate, courteous service/assistance from that store.
