Came here for lunch after online ordering failed. I realize that is not the employee's faults but after I said 'I tried ordering online a few times and it wasn't working just thought y'all should know' the lady, Alicia (?), was EXTREMELY rude. She started fussing about how it's not down and they have been pushing orders out and there's nothing she can do. I let that slide cause I get it, she seemed stressed but I was not referencing it was anyone's...

The manager was so rude and appeared to be on something. Don't do drugs!!! We won't go back. She was tweaking and scary. So sad. It use to be a friendly place to get a goodcsub. We'll go over to the Subway by McDonalds from now on.

Came in, wanted to place an order to pick up in 2 hours. I thought I was being helpful by ordering ahead and giving them plenty of time to complete my order. The 2 employees appeared to be put out that I requested help. There was only one customer there besides me. They told me I would need to go online to order. I left, disappointed that there was NO customer service. I drove across town and got immediate, courteous service/assistance from that store.
