No one would take my order had all 4 employees look at me, no one came forward to take my order. Two drive thru orders came in, lady stepped to window and took both orders. Once done looked at me and went into back. Terrible experience.

Self Service no Cashier - 1 star all day. To add no printed receipts. Last time visiting the dining room at this location if this is the new norm. To top it off somehow I hit pickup instead of dine in on the kiosk and got my bag to go, started eating and no napkins n the bag.

Extremely fast friendly Taco Bell I have family that lives in upper Sandusky we came up to meet with them for the holiday. decided to eat in with my wife/kids extremely tidy clean lobby extremely friendly employees that even brought our food out to our table. Definitely gonna grab some next time I'm up there cause our Delaware location is awful.

I recently had a great experience at Taco Bell, and I’m excited to share it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and quick service. The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for a classic Crunchwrap Supreme or trying out one of their limited-time specials. I personally love the Cheesy Gordita Crunch – the combination of textures and flavors is simply unbeatable. What really stands out at Taco Bell is the consistent quality and taste of their food. Everything was hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The customizable options are a big plus too, making it easy to get exactly what you want. The value for money is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. The restaurant was clean and had a fun, relaxed vibe, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.Overall, Taco Bell continues to impress with its delicious food, great service, and unbeatable prices. Highly recommend stopping by for a quick and satisfying meal!

Service was abhorrent. Went through the drive through. Ordered a box and a few other items, granted it was a larger order. About 35 dollars. It all came through the window in a single bag. Attitude of employee at the window was absolutely horrendous.

Edit: I would like to add; in the box was a small order of fries. In the bag we received the fries were spilled all over the top of the other food items.
