This place is trash always getting the order wrong, long wait times, how does it take 10 minutes to make 3 burgers? Get my fries and they’re cold, order a sandwich with no mayo no lettuce, has mayo on it. This isn’t the first time this has been an issue if I could give them a zero I would.

Could they honestly be any slower? I didn't show up to watch everyone else do their jobs slowly, all while one guy sat around on the food prep counter... Yeah, I'm nit picking... I'm hungry damnit, and I wanted food... Not a movie.

Got there at 7:45pm waited in drive thru for about 20 mins. Without the line moving at all just 2 cars ahead of me. Decided to go in to order with one person in front of us in side they ordered some of the new mixed frosties. Which took them about 15mins. To make... stood there another 10 mins waiting for our order to be taken as the 2 people behind us put in app orders then served them next still before taking our order as we have been waiting quite some time. Basically got there at 745 and didnt leave until 850 with a to go order.......

Absolutely not. One of the cooks literally put his hand down the front of his pants then proceeded to sneeze all over the fries. Of course, everyone in line turned around and left. Someone in line possibly filmed it. Just no! Gross!

The sausage biscuits and gravy was excellent this morning. The girl at the cashier window in the drive-through was amazingly friendly. Had a great experience at this location this morning.

Bad service, they take about 30 minutes just to prepare my order there were no people only me, i only ask for some french fries and chilli bake potato and still they messed up my order

Lobby supposed to open at 7am. Never opens at 7am. What's the point of having hours when ypu dint follow them. Especially when you have truck parking... did you want us to drive through the drive through with a semi truck? These employees just looked at me at the door and ignored 🙁

Went through drive for 3 jr bacons with cheese and honey BBQ nuggets got food and the burgers didn't have cheese pulled back through just to find out they don't have cheese
