I think they could do better. The food was cold. Every table was dirty, there was small trash under the tables. If I would’ve thought to, I would have taken pictures. The employees we’re talking so loud. I don’t mind them having a good time while at work, but they were very loud.

My sister picked up $31.00 worth of Arby's and ask for sauce. 2 households were eating. She dropped off her granddaughters order then came home. She and her granddaughters got no sauces. I, her sister, went out in 30 degree weather to get sauce, evidently the punk at the drive thru took offense that I was mad, so he gave me 6 sauces. I looked in the bag an realized we still didn't have sauces for all our sandwiches. So I drove back, ask for a manager, an said I wanted a refund. She had to call someone so I left as I'm not spending anymore of my time on this mediocre fast food dump. I will never visit Arby's in Urbana Ohio again, their customer service is atrocious and incompetent; and don't care how they treat anyone. Don't bother going there unless you want cold sandwiches and cold greasy fries, and don't expect any sauces or customer service.

Ordered a half pound roast beef, chicken sandwich, 4 classic roast beef, 6 PC nugget, 2 - 4pc mac & cheese bites, jalapeno poppers, 2 large curly fries, a large crinkle cut fry and 3 sodas.
Received a smokehouse brisket, a double roast beef, 3 classic roast beef, chicken sandwich, 4pc mozzarella sticks, 2 - 4pc mac & cheese bites, 2 large curly fries, alarge crinkle cut fry and 2 fruit punch and 1 lemonade
The employees were too busy laughing and joking around to get the order right. They said they had no carbonation so they could not do soda. The guy making the sandwiches was yelling that he had no idea what he was doing.
We made the on-line order at 7:50. They said it would be ready by 8:02. We left the store at 8:20. That is a crazy amount of time to wait for food. Especially poorly made food that wasn't even what we ordered.

I was excited about the potato cakes coming back on the menu. I ordered and they were drenched In oil and the oil was very old and made them taste really badly

The wait was long; to order and get your food. I think only 2-3 people were working. The last 4 time I have got the curly fries they have not been great.
