Visited this location for lunch the other day and was disgusted from the conditions of the dining area and restrooms. Decided to order my food to go and took 15 minutes to get it just for it to be cold and made sloppy. Not to mention the poor attitudes from employees and explicit language being heard from some of the workers in the back. You’d have a better experience going to one of the Springfield locations. Very disappointing.

I got my roast beef classic and there was a long black hair in my sandwich, i pulled out from my mouth. Service took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and for compensation we got 2 cold cherry and apple turnovers. Please wear hairnets if you don’t want 1 star reviews 😉.

Manager “Jade” provided exemplary customer service and helped fix an issue I had with my order. Fresh food served with a smile! Love the atmosphere at this location and employees getting along well and working together to get food out with great service. One of my favorite places to eat in Urbana!

Waited in line forever, forgot 3 different things and when I went in called me a liar and could barely get help. Had to pull up and they told me “we didn’t forget about you. But you sure forgot my food.
Me & my son came here to eat and the guy that rang up our order was very nice, I even forgot to order my son a drink and he gave us a cup to get a drink❤️ the place looked very clean, food was out fast and hot. All employees were working in the back non stop. It was so peaceful eating inside.
