Their current Night Shift manager is literally the best. This is the third time that I’ve had an awesome experience with him. I placed my order online at 11:55 (they close at 12) and showed up and got FRESH food. Maybe the best burger I’ve ever had from Burger King. 10/10 he has always been delightful and makes sure the food is good to eat. Really felt the need for this review because showing up 5 minutes till close anywhere else in Urbana guarantees old gross food.

Waited 30 minutes in the lobby and was the only guest in here then more people arrived and got served right away no issues, we asked about our food and when they finally gave it to us it was cold and was missing items. I asked to speak to a manager and informed him that our food was cold and asked if we could have it remade and it came back out and still was not hot. Gave up on asking for it to be made right. We will not be returning to this location.

We went there about 445. We was gonna go through the drive-through but they looked busy so we decided to go inside. I placed a mobile order at 4:50 and did not get my food until 515 when I got my food. Everything was cold and four people before me had already gotten their food, fresh and hot and then the inside of the store was just nasty food everywhere boxes of trash all the trash cans were full. The drink station was dirty very unprofessional and unhygienic. I have worked in the food service industry since I was 16 years old I am now 25. I have never seen a store ran so badly in my entire life.

This has to be the worst burger king around they never get the orders right this last time we went we were missing half of our order and our fries and onion rings were less than half full this is unacceptable when the food costs as much as it does now

Very good service. The whopper was a little disappointing....meat was cold but cooked.
This place needs some new management or something. Hadn’t eaten Bk in a while. Husband wanted to try the new bbq brisket whopper. I wanted mozz fries. First day of fair around 8pm they were a little busy by the wait in drive thru. I figured we can wait no problem we’ll get hot fresh food. Mozz fries were cold and rubbery. Sandwiches were also cold. Contacted customer service for refund as we waited 30 minutes in line for cold food. No refund and no reply from customer service. Great job BK.

I've gone to this Burger King at least 10 times. Each time I'm missing something (No napkins after I've asked, no sauce after I've asked) or something is wrong/missing with the order. Which sucks because i LOVE burger king. I hate this one. It's great to go to if you want to go on a scavenger hunt for your food. We had a mobile order and it took them 30 minutes once we arrived to figure it out. In that time they got food out to 2 customers, one who arrived after us, while the dining room filled with people waiting. Our mobile order was sitting on the counter the entire time, everything getting cold. And of course, no chicken fry order is complete without at least 2 being completely rock hard, fried to hell and inedible. I won't be returning. The McDonalds up the street is far better

Typical Burger King but the staff service was bad again. This is third strike for them so posting. Today I received ice tea no ice. Old Over cooked no salt fries and missing an entire chicken sandwich.
