This place needs some new management or something. Hadn’t eaten Bk in a while. Husband wanted to try the new bbq brisket whopper. I wanted mozz fries. First day of fair around 8pm they were a little busy by the wait in drive thru. I figured we can wait no problem we’ll get hot fresh food. Mozz fries were cold and rubbery. Sandwiches were also cold. Contacted customer service for refund as we waited 30 minutes in line for cold food. No refund and no reply from customer service. Great job BK.

I've gone to this Burger King at least 10 times. Each time I'm missing something (No napkins after I've asked, no sauce after I've asked) or something is wrong/missing with the order. Which sucks because i LOVE burger king. I hate this one. It's great to go to if you want to go on a scavenger hunt for your food. We had a mobile order and it took them 30 minutes once we arrived to figure it out. In that time they got food out to 2 customers, one who arrived after us, while the dining room filled with people waiting. Our mobile order was sitting on the counter the entire time, everything getting cold. And of course, no chicken fry order is complete without at least 2 being completely rock hard, fried to hell and inedible. I won't be returning. The McDonalds up the street is far better

This has to be the worst burger king around they never get the orders right this last time we went we were missing half of our order and our fries and onion rings were less than half full this is unacceptable when the food costs as much as it does now
This Burger King is alright. They mess up orders all of the time and I’m pretty sure they got like a 12 year old working in that fool. I think we get what we actually ordered maybe 15% of the time.

All is a 0 out of 0 stars. Order frequently and just about every single time, something is made wrong, or an item missing completely. Ordered a big order last night, as we are a family of 5, and received a whopper made with only ingredients I asked NOT to be on it. Not sure if that was a joke considering all of the staff are kids, which is a joke in itself or they just don’t know how to do anything correctly. The problem is when I called to get it fixed, the person on the phone, can’t even tell ya if it was a man or woman or the name as they were very unprofessional, they didn’t want to remake the food and then told me the fries wouldn’t be replaced only the burger and i’m not going to eat cold fries that i’ve paid for, when your staff is the reason my food is wrong. They did give me a new burger but it was a whopper with mustard, ketchup, onion, no mayo. Once again, can’t do anything right .. Ans gaslit me to believe I got a full, fresh fry. Got home to see they only gave me about a half of a fry. Yuck behavior.
