The wife and I are 67 years old.
We have eaten at Cassano's for years, in many different locations.
We are from Indian lake Ohio.
We were in Urbana today and decided to stop at Cassano's when we seen it, I'm sorry but that was the biggest mistake we made the entire day.
To start with there was no menu to take to the table and take your time to look over, secondly the lady taking the order was really rather rude.
Then I decided to order the deluxe medium size and the wife a personal pan a Hawaiian pizza.
The lady taking the order asked me what I wanted on the Hawaiian pizza.
I told her the normal she didn't know what that was.
We were dining in, my deluxe pizza was brought out on a piece of cardboard, not even a metal Pizza Pan like most pizza places.
The wife's personal pan pizza was brought to the table on a piece of cardboard not a metal pan or a dish like most other pizza places.
I do have pictures of I can figure out how to attach them to this review.
There was little to no sauce on the deluxe little to no cheese on the deluxe could not figure out what the items were that look like rice I'm assuming it was onion and the peppers and onions were a little tiny pieces and I had to search for them on the pizza.
I will say this they had plenty of salt on that deluxe medium size pizza because I'm not as salt eater and I could not even stand to finish the pizza.
The wife's personal pan was very salty as well.
Those two pizzas and one diet Pepsi fountain drink cost us $35.00 and some change.
I want back to the counter to complain about the deluxe pizza ingredients and taste, for some reason it didn't seem to bother either the manager or the lady who took the order.
This was the worst casinos I've ever been in in my life.
We definitely will not return to the Cassano's in Urbana Ohio.
The salad was okay, rather small for the price, had huge pieces of lettuce in it, and wasn't the salad I thought I was getting. I asked the lady at the register, and she didn't seem to know much about the salads on the menu, and she told me yes when I asked if the one picture was the salad I ordered. My friend's pizza was good, though.

Terribly skimpy. Hardly any cheese. Will NOT return
$14 dollars for a crustless pizza the size of a personal pan pizza from pizza hut you have to be kidding me right? Just wanted to update no one from cassanos has gotten ahold of me to fix anything
Pretty solid decent and chill. Young gentleman at the helm got us together!
Have loved the pizza for decades. Food here is really good. Staff here seems overwhelmed sometimes. I’ve noticed this is a corporate wide issue. Corporate needs to quit being so greedy and fully staff their locations. Corporate greed is ridiculous and hurts their patronage.
First time , but not last time at the Urbana Ohio spot. Don't know why I have never eaten there, but I was pleasantly pleaseed. Yes, a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. They definitely don't skimp on their toppings(Italian sausage) covered the whole pizza and the bacon was heaped on. It had the perfect amount of grease you expect and the crust was perfectly cooked to a nice crisp. If you havne't eaten here, give a shot ;) And the lady running the show, was very nice(sorry, forgot your name).
Good pizza
Love the thin, crispy crust. I drive no less than an hour to get Cassano pizza.

My wife ordered a x large pizza this evening. When I ate, the pizza was way over salty. I have eaten many pizzas from this cassanos and usually they are good. This one wasn't. It was so salty that I am not probably going to ever eat another one. I asked my wife and she verified that it was not good. We are throwing it out.
They have some really good subs.

Cassano's is one of my favorite regional pizza shops. Thin cracker crust that is salted, great ingredients; sauce pepperoni, and green olives. I get them every time I'm in town.

The person who took our order was rude and didn't know what was on the menu. When he was politely corrected, he became even more rude and belligerent. Not a very friendly staff at all.

Ordered online at 4:15 and I only got a pizza and a sub, my order confirmation said 40-60 minutes for delivery. Called at 5:27 to see where my order was and was told it was getting sent out now, mind you I live right around the corner, and now it’s 5:56 and still no order has been delivered. Delivery is very poor and very long and I’m very disappointed that I paid online and even paid the tip online already just to not even receive my order yet.
