I wasn't going to write a review but, after seeing that another customer had a similar experience it seems to be a trend so I thought I would chime in. After being in retail sales for numerous years I find it very unacceptable that foul language is directed at any customers under any circumstances. I have witnessed this on two occasions at this DQ by the same employee...if it was just an employee she should be dismissed...if it is the owner/ franchisee DQ Company need to do some disciplinary training. I've been bringing my family to this DQ for 35+ years . I don't believe I will be visiting this location again .

Portions dont match the prices being asked. I only come here on occasion when kids ask. For the price and portions being so small with ice cream, I definitely pick somewhere else first

If I give 0 stars I would had just went thru the drive thru and our order was 19.97 and meaning it be 3 cents back. We had to ask for it after the person at the window gave us our food. To some people its only 3 cents but if they do this to everyone then it will add up and also I save my change that I can turn it in at the end of the year for Christmas gifts so yes ever cent counts for me

The food was all right but not what you're used to at DQ. Service was great and food was served quickly.
The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered a "pup cup" and was charged $3.29 cents for a dollop of whipcream. When I asked the "manager" about it, she hastily replied "I don't make the prices, if you have a problem call the owner" and walked away as she yelled profanties. When I asked her what the owners name was, she replied "I already called her and told her what happened she's not going to do anything". I'm not sure if it's just a bad employee or a reflection of the staff and standards in general. However, I will most certainly not be going back and recommended taking your business elsewhere.

Chicken pieces are a bit small. Always have to asks for them to put orders into a bag and cups into a carrier- ordering for 2 only 1 person in vehicle.(how is one person supposed to carry 2drinks,2sundays and 2 boxed dinners without a bag and carrier?) INSIDE DINING STILL IS NOT OPEN!!!

This is a very cute dairy queen! they made my nutter butter shake very quickly and were very friendly. the little sunroom indoor space is nice and cute. the space was clean and the ice cream very yummy :
