Depot Coffeehouse is an absolute gem in small town--Urbana. Not only do they open early, but they also serve some of the best coffees I've ever tasted, including a wide variety of specialty options that always leave me wanting to come back to try others. The historical building that houses the coffeehouse adds a charming touch to both the interior and exterior, creating a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a cup of joe. Parking is never an issue, with ample space available outside. What truly sets Depot Coffeehouse apart, though, is its friendly staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that makes you feel right at home.

My favorite coffee shop, by far!! The coffee is delicious and my drink-of-choice is made perfectly every single time. The service is great and the atmosphere is very cozy. Plenty of seating inside and outside.
their listing says they serve food until 4pm. I was TOLD they are no longer serving by some male worker and it was 2pm. I went there before with my white family and it was after two and they ordered for me to join them later and THEY were served food. I go alone and I’m refused? I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in this place if they only serve people based on their race. Sad to have to deal with this still in 2023.

They need to stay gocused on the customer and getting the order out. Too much socializing amongst each other, they make a lot of mistakes and customers can feel ignored sometimes because if they are busy they dont acknowledge you until they can getto you. Customer service training and team work would really change improve this place.

Horrible experience. As I am still standing here waiting for my order that is only 3 drinks. I have watcher multiple ( more than 5 ) customers that ordered after me get there drinks and leave . When I asked if some how ur drinks got lost in the making process I was given a short nasty attitude and told she had a mobile order . Can not say I will bother coming back . Rated equal with dunkin !!!!

I love stopping in Depot coffee shop. It's right along the Simon Kenton bike trail. Treat yourself here. Today I tried their seasonal drink, apple pie chai. Delicious! ? Can be made hot or iced.
