It's a fine Dunkin location, I feel as if they are really understaffed. There's this one nice man who's always there when I get my sister something after school, and I feel as if it's always and only him. He does a phenomenal job.

Employee who took my order was very kind. Other associate gave me my drink promptly and it was made just as expected. Unfortunately, a woman who appeared to be a manager under the name of Ashley was more than unprofessional and quite rude to the other workers. Had an attitude the entirety of the time I was there and was overall disrespectful.

Order was fine, employees were nice, it was almost perfect. But this one short woman named Ash or Ashley started yelling at her employees for her own mistakes, which was obvious since they were able to make my drink fine, while I was eating and it brought the mood down a lot.

Standard chain Dunks - donuts OK, decent coffee. Service here was really good. Wife didn't realize latte was a cold drink but tried to stick with it. After two sips she went back in to order another on but hot and the lady behind the counter was already making one for her and gave it to her for free.

Parking: Good parking, seems to be enough spots.

Greeter not real friendly, didn't read back my order. Got to my car and found they didn't put the right donuts in and had to go back in to get the right ones.
Also ordered a breakfast sandwich. The croissant was mushy, nit sure the sausage was completely cooked either. Through it away. Over 20 miles away, not like it is just down the street. Unfortunate, won't last long that way, whitefish with the prices.

Big guy at the counter I assume was the manager wouldn't look up from his phone had an attitude when my husband ask if he had blueberry muffins said "does it look like it?" Then put his doughnut in the bag upside down so he got no frosting

I love Dunkin but the experience is very different from day to day and location to location. They run out of food, staff ranges from kind to annoyed. And charging for pup cups is a big turn off.

Went early morning to get donuts. Two employees there and neither of them greeted me. After waiting about 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was in the room I asked if someone could take my order. One of the employees told me they were very busy with the drive thru and would get to me when they could. Needless to say I walked out and will never go back.

I ordered two breakfast empanadas. Both were cold and one is missing some of it. It doesn't look like an actual bite was taken out, but it shouldn't have been sold either.

Don't come to this store at night. A few months back I came here through the drive thru and ordered various coffees. I was shorted a drink and when I asked about it, the person at the window refused to make it right and said I was lying. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on him to return to the window, he told me to go away. I asked for a refund if the drink, and was refused. I pulled around and went in. He went and hid in the storage room while the other person made me my missing drink.Tonight I decided to give them a chance and returned about the same time. I ordered 2 hot chocolates and an iced coffee. My hot chocolate was hot water with whipped cream, they forgot to put the chocolate in! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I'll start by saying I don't go to dunkin often, I walked into an empty lobby and waited 10 minutes before I was greeted and placed my order. I then waited 30 minutes before I asked the employees if our food was done. Apparently, they threw my order away before making it? But hey, we got a bonus hashbrown. I was on my lunch hour, so I had to rush back to work and ate a very sad and soggy sourdough sandwich in my car. ?
