We try to give this Dunkin a chance every once in a while but it always disappoints. Went through around 6pm, asked to add something at the window (there was no one else in line or inside, so wouldn’t think it’s a big deal)- one of the workers starts saying something unprofessional, the girl at the window then responds to them- the window is open, and laughs. We hear all of this, no apology or anything. We shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience or uncomfortable for ordering coffee at a coffee establishment. Not worth it anymore.

This place used to be great. But now my coffee is NEVER correct. Why is it so hard to read the sticker that tells you what goes in it? When paying over $5 for a single drink it should be perfect, every time. I order the same thing every day, sometimes in different sizes but the same ingredients; always. This morning it seems it doesn’t have the cream. Other days the Carmel seems to be cut back or the sugar. The amount of ice is always inaccurate as well. I’ll be finding another coffee shop to spend my hard earned money at. Not to mention most of the staff are zombies. Rarely do you get a good morning, have a great day or a smile for that matter.

Wait times are ridiculous. Almost 30 minutes for 2 frozen coffees. Sheeesh
Thought maybe something might have changed but of course their coffee is lack luster and their service is terrible. Just go to McDonald's if you want fast coffee if not go to the depot or hues. Stay far away from dunkin disgusting donuts.

They have always been helpful and friendly every time I've come in there. They greet me every time I come inside. Everything is great there from pulling into the parking lot, to walking in . If I've had a bad day and just need a cheer me up, come here.

My latte was hot and delicious and my donuts were fresh and delicious!! The order of bacon though was perfection! The perfect amount, cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing!! This was my first time ordering from Dunkin Donuts in Urbana Ohio and I promise it won’t be the last!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They do not give you time to order. They rush you like crazy. I can’t even finish a sentence with them trying to have me be done with my order. This is crazy. Starbucks is less than a mile down the road please take the extra drive.
