Went early morning to get donuts. Two employees there and neither of them greeted me. After waiting about 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was in the room I asked if someone could take my order. One of the employees told me they were very busy with the drive thru and would get to me when they could. Needless to say I walked out and will never go back.

I ordered two breakfast empanadas. Both were cold and one is missing some of it. It doesn't look like an actual bite was taken out, but it shouldn't have been sold either.

Don't come to this store at night. A few months back I came here through the drive thru and ordered various coffees. I was shorted a drink and when I asked about it, the person at the window refused to make it right and said I was lying. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on him to return to the window, he told me to go away. I asked for a refund if the drink, and was refused. I pulled around and went in. He went and hid in the storage room while the other person made me my missing drink.Tonight I decided to give them a chance and returned about the same time. I ordered 2 hot chocolates and an iced coffee. My hot chocolate was hot water with whipped cream, they forgot to put the chocolate in! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I'll start by saying I don't go to dunkin often, I walked into an empty lobby and waited 10 minutes before I was greeted and placed my order. I then waited 30 minutes before I asked the employees if our food was done. Apparently, they threw my order away before making it? But hey, we got a bonus hashbrown. I was on my lunch hour, so I had to rush back to work and ate a very sad and soggy sourdough sandwich in my car. ?

My husband & I were so excited to find this Dunkin. We are from Massachusetts where there is a Dunkin' on every corner. We live in Springfield, OH, right now & we were driving 50min away just to get Dunkin' once in awhile. This location is only 20 min. Away. SO EXCITED! Sadly, staff could've cared less (not overly engaged or friendly). The young man that made my wrap was excellent & friendly (3pm crew) but the employee that made my husband's coffee didn't read the directions. He had no milk & no Mocha in his specialty coffee but yet he paid for it. He was given black coffee with an espresso shot only. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!I'm going to give the morning crew a shot. Maybe they read directions better.

When you stand at the counter, look to your left. The trashcan is literally pulled up go the bins that contain bagels, etc. That pretty much wraps this store up. It's just a joke.

Went to this location and drive thru lights were off at 730pm. I went inside and ordered. I ordered one of my drinks extra hot and the guy looked at me like I was from outer space claiming he didn't know how to do that. I explained to him you just steam the milk longer. There was another employee there with red curly hair. He was the most un-hygienic person I have seen in a while. Touching his hair and face constantly while making people's drinks the entire time. He was younger and face with pimples all over it. If your hair is always in your face then please wear a hat. It will at least eliminate that need to constantly touch your hair to wipe it out of your face and eyes. This store needs to retain its employees on sanitation!

When I arrived, there was only one other person. We waited for 10 minutes, and nothing. Eventually two other people showed up, and the man took our orders. We then waited for another seven minutes for the first person in line to get their order. I was second in line, got up to the window and I could see my order there. However, there was no person to be seen for another six minutes, so I just left . The worker I saw walk by the register was a man of average weight, white, and a sparse beard.

I can't believe how many people are complaining. Don't believe it. It's always been great evertime I go in here. Maybe it's just the drive thru?? I always go inside. I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. I've spent way more time waiting at other places in Urbana.Bottom line: Just go inside. It's is great.

Literally every time Ive been they get the order wrong.I order black coffee with a flavor shot. They get it wrong- every time. The people that work there seem to be having a good time. Always laughing and talking amongst themselves. They have zero concern for the customers or what they ordered.Awful. Ran by a bunch children.
