We came to this store after attending the flea market. The store is very well laid out and well lit. The decor is fresh and modern. We were welcomed at the door and quickly seated. It wasn't particularly crowded at the time we sat down, but the store was full by the time we were leaving. The wait staff brought chips and salsa to start the meal. The chips were a little oily. The salsa was fresh with a little spice on the back end. I ordered a beef enchilada with a soft taco. The taco had plenty of meat as well as the taco. The sauce on the enchilada was a little spicy with a hint of cumin. It's not really my favorite, but it's a nice change. The soft taco was excellent. There is plenty of meat and fresh veggies. My spouses food was on par with mine. Both drinks were good. The service was excellent. I would like to come back again.
I had my 23rd birthday here with all my girls & it was most of our first times being there. We had AMAZING service, there were checking in on us regularly & always made sure our drinks were full. Then they gave me and one of my friends a shot on the house with a whole show & covered my whole bill for my birthday!! They really showed La Palma up & this is our New Mexican place in Urbana 100%

Absolutely the best place in town. Food is excellent. Prices are good for the quantity. Staff is very friendly and professional. The place is very clean. They even wipe the menus down one by one. Definitely would recommend!
