The atmosphere at this location was phenomenal. The workers were friendly and my food came out very quickly and fresh. The store manager, Markeeta Brown, was so inviting and was telling me a bit about their operations. Markeetas got things running smoothly in Urbana! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Placed an order on line for food to pick up to deliver to friends. Our county was under level 2 snow emergency. I called to cancel my order as soon as they opened. I was told that we could not cancel our order. I explained that we could not get there because of the roads. Was still told that they could not cancel the order. Finally the manager said she instructed the workers not to fill my order. I asked about a refund ($44.00 and change) and she told me I had to contact their corporate for a refund!! HELP...
