The employees are nice but the building g is stuck in 1985 and the prices are fairly high.

Horrible Experience most of the time. Store manager with the glasses is a total dick. Females at the Deli Center order Door Dash for Subway (even though they work in a Deli) and don't tip their driver. Too many kids running around yapping about nothing and the loudest annoying music on the speakers. The one elderly lady at the self-checkout is nice and decent but this store just sucks.

wanting me to wait over an half hour to check out with only 2 cashier lanes open....guess my over 150 $ groceries aren't needed by the Kroger company. Returned all perishable items back to shelves and left. I guess Walmart gets my business from here on our but will not be this pisss poor managed facility.

Thank you to the manager for resolving an issue with something I might quickly and fairly. I have never had to go to customer service before about anything because typically products and services are excellent. I like the convenience of the pickup service as well.

This location is in need of a bit of remodel or upkeep. The parking lot is kind of a disaster pot hole wise. The access to the gas station isn't super easy to get to without nearly popping a tire on your car. The gas station itself was fine and the pumps were prompt. Otherwise its just your run of the mill small town Kroger.

They never have enough of the sale items you have to get there at a certain or they are out of stock would much rather shop at Derr rd store at least they have what you are looking for....

The employees that were there this evening went above and beyond when my newborn son started getting fussy as we were checking out. I didn’t catch either woman’s name. But I appreciate all the help getting my groceries to my vehicle and helping finish scan my items

The bakery is the worst bakery I've ever used. They didn't use the colors I wanted, the icing was minimal , the decorating itself was awful. When I called to complain the women was rude and disrespectful. I've never been so disappointed before. I will definitely not go back nor refer anyone I know to utilize this bakery.

6.24.16 the employees here act like they've got all day. Unfortunately I don't. This store isn't visually appealing, the flowers out front are wilted, there's no welcoming displays, it's dirty and dated. It has narrow aisles. The bagger put the jar of mayonnaise and 2 lb pepperoni slices on top of my chips, so lack of training and adult supervision. Everybody here is young. Just no experience in customer service, work ethic, etc. Not all I'm sure but I haven't found one. The red vest lady asked if I found everything ok, I said no I couldn't find the beauty Q tips. She said oh, shrugged and kept going. Wow, so if that's the attitude of the manager here the regular employee has no chance to learn.
