12/23/25 Christmas is literally right around the corner and most people these days are Scrooge or The Grinch. Staff here are the some most unfriendly people I have ever encountered. No one smiles or says thank you. Food is always cold. Tonight our McDoubles are cold, burnt and so incredibly dry. Someone needs taught how to flip a freaking burger, as well as proper food temps. May as well be trying to eat tree bark. Couldn’t even be helped with extra ketchup. Trashed it. Food is so expensive and to just throw it away makes it even worse. I should have snapped photos before they went in the garbage.

I have had numerous bad experiences with this McDonald's as well. All the way from something as simple as sauce for my nuggets all the way up to employees lying to us about not being able to serve us.
Easy to find on main road but not a lot of parking if you dine-in. Has a double lane drive thru and easy to maneuver.

Large fry was halfway full, the kiosk was difficult to navigate and lagged, the employees complained about having to put lids on the 4 ice teas, ordered 4 chocolate shakes and got 3 vanilla and 1 chocolate. Will not recommend Urbana McDonald's to anyone

I haven't had a good experience with this location in months! We visit this store regularly and purchase food for elderly and a disabled person. We have been lied to about menu options, our orders aren't complete with items missing frequently and the customer service from the staff as well as management leaves much to be desired. They are rude, seem angry they are having to be at work. They are argumentative and we've experienced this from the general staff as well as management. The store isn't always clean when you go inside with sticky floors and items on some tables. We have contacted the store numerous times and finally reached out to corporate, we don't plan to visit for a while unfortunately and will take our money elsewhere
