Two days in a row I went in for a mocha frappe. Both days it came out Carmel. The first day I dealt with it. The second day I asked for it to be fixed. The manager was extremely rude to me. And by the end of it, I took a refund and didn't even take the food.

Just went to McDonald's and ordered our food. Got home and they forgot our Quarterpounder. So I called and Manager Kenny said he would replace it. No problem so I went back they had made the sandwich but made a double so the cook which is juvenile came over right at that time he had glove but he took his hands took the cheese and hamburger off and slapped it back together right in front of 2 managers Kenny and a blonde with a mask. I was upset who does that!! So they made a new one. That's a sick situation and who knows what they do with our food!! That will be the last time me and my family eats at this one.

I ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches with no bun and received two pieces of chicken. The last time I ordered this I received everything that was suppose to be on the sandwich with no bun. $10.50 for two chicken patties is ridiculous.

They don’t sell ice cream sundaes at this location anymore. Yes it says on the menu they do, but they do not. It’s always “broken” morning noon or night.

Honestly gone through the whole line here just to have issues then proceeded not getting help or anywhere with the mobile order honestly nothing could have fixed that situation at all worst experience possible I’ve had mind all the times I’ve constantly got my food order wrong.
