I wanted to order pick up, however, getting someone on the phone is impossible. I called multiple times, was put on hold once and they never came back. Then they'd pick up and hang up. Or that's what it seemed anyway. I tried for about 30 min. No go. My fiancé finally went in to order take out. He had the club and I had an Italian. It was decent. Nothing memorable really except for the price. Was a little pricy for what it was. Will we reorder? Was it bad? Absolutely not but we likely won't be a returning customer. I'd much rather have Mumfords in town.

Had the Italian sandwich, super loaded cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks and onions rings. Don't sleep on the onion rings! The saucy it comes with is like a horseradish fry sauce that is amazing, I put it on my cheesesteak. It was out first time, Brooke was amazing and super patient while we tried to figure put what we wanted. Also the women's restroom was SUPER CLEAN. Probably one of the top 5 cleanest girl bathrooms I've ever been in.
I had heard SO many great things about Our Hero I decided to try it. I was not at all impressed, and confused as to why people raved about it. Jack an Doe's are MUCH better, to me anyway. Sorry but I won't be back.

Love the food but DO NOT let them put you on hold!!!!!!! twice now they asked if I could hold and they never come back to the phone. I have tried yelling…. I can hear them talking but so then I finally hang up to call back again and it stays busy!!!! Has happened twice now to me!!!!! Once was at 715pm they close at 8, tried till 730 to get them to come back to the phone ! Couldn’t make it in time to make an order in store! So extremely upsetting to happen more than once !
Tried for the first time on Sunday evening. Very very good Super steak sub. I got the 6" and it was plenty of food and very filling. Can't wait to come back.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say they have the best Philly cheese steak I've ever had. It was phenomenal, very friendly people working there. Was bummed out it took so long for me to get my food, but still was worth it. 10/10 would recommend to friend.
