My son loves the Chocolate Bismarcks. I love the gingerbread men. This place is cute and clean. The young lady who helped us was very nice. They have everything sweet, and you can even get coffee. I don't drink coffee, but I appreciate this addition. I worked at the original Schuler's store back in the early 90s. Back then people were always asking if we had coffee. They didn't even sell any drinks at Schuler's back in those days. People had to go thirsty....ALL THAT, BUT... It IS concerning, irrelevant for the customer, (also weird), that the owners personal beliefs are posted on the front door. I mean come on, we just want donuts, that's it. ?MAINLY THOUGH... A DONUT shop that's closed on Sunday... the number ONE donut day?????

Staff and manager is rude. Will call you a liar when you know 100% what happened. Very unpleasant experience. The whole time I talked it's like she didn't even want to listen she just got her own opinion and ran with it. Will not be returning, hope you won't either

We live in Texas and every time we come to Ohio we have to get Schuler’s! Everything is amazing, delicious, and unrivaled. Everyone who works here are also very sweet. But even if they weren’t who cares! The donuts are fantastic!

The young lady at the counter was so unpleasant. She couldn't be bothered to say thanks or have a nice day..I guess because I didn't throw a tip in the jar on a 4 dollar purchase.the coffee was so watered down..extremely pale with no flavor. I had to throw it out. Won't be back.

Ordered two pumpkin dipped cookies yesterday. They were both incredibly stale. They were my favorite cookie and would virtually melt in your mouth.You might want to throw out your old cookies instead of serving them to the community. Great way to lose customers.

The products are awesome, but the workers, not so much. I’ve been here twice, and both times, it’s been the same workers. They barely talk, and usually just stare are you, and they shoved my cookies in the same bag and almost ruined them.

Schuler's is the best place to go for donuts and cookies! I have never found a better donut shop, and they have the best variety too!!! Plus, they always do a great job decorating the cookies and being creative with them to make them fun for kids.

Would love to see a bacon donut with maple icing in the near future had one at bills donuts and it was the best donut I’ve ever had I think if Schulers made one it would bring in a lot more business I mean who doesn’t like Bacon!
