There were no rolls that just had Salmon so I asked the attendant if one could be made. He made the roll, handed it to me and I checked out. I should've looked at the sushi rather than offer blind trust. The salmon used is clearly not good, instead of the usual vivid pink of good salmon, this is a dark muted pink with brown throughout. It's amazing to me that any food service location would either be unaware of what they were serving or uncaring enough, who knows which in this case. ??
