We walked in and were ready to order so we approached the counter. Evidently this location does not allow you to order in person and see your food. We were told no and there is a metal cover blocking your view. They are willing to assist if you have issues with the kiosk. But it is completely useless as you cannot pay at the kiosk. My tuna was definitely mid and though I ordered oil and vinegar on my salad, it was still quite dry. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Sandwiches were good. Don't like the kiosk format, it's not as user friendly as is advertised. It's inconvenient that we can't just order at the counter and build the sandwich like subway used to do but we may visit this location again sometime

They have you order from kiosks now which steals the magic of ordering subway away. Then the register has the nerve to ask you to tip, when they offer no personalized service. Will be going to Springfield from now on.

Excellent and consistent food quality (protein bowls are amazing!!) but service is lacking. When picking up our order placed on the app, we had to go inside, fill our own drinks and realized when we got home they didn't put our chips in the bag. So be warned. You get your own drinks and chips or you don't get them at all.

I have becoming to subway for over 20+ years. This subway told me that I could not create my own sub, and the Italian sub was not an option.

I used to eat subway all the time. Then they went high tech. Gotta place my own order. Now if you show up in the evening they will be out of meatballs 100% of the time. Of course they can't tell you until you get to the window. Subway is on its way out. I won't eat there again.

This place is possibly the worst subway I’ve been to. For starters, you MUST order with the tablet. There is nobody there to take your order. For 20 bucks you’d think they would take your order. And the place is so dirty. Employees do not care. Won’t be back.
