When I ordered my 6 inch sub on the app, and went in to get it, it was a 4 inch sub and all squished together. Very rude service.

They never get the food part right. They fixed the kiosk so people could order a pizza sub but still don’t put the sauce on it. Anything to get out of actually talking to their customers at this location.

They make you order with a computer screen. I want to talk to a person to order my food, enough of this destopian garbage. Wasn't able to order the sandwich how I wanted to, it didn't have all of the options either. I walked out instead of placing a large order for my family.

Two trips in a row now... we placed our orders on the app and received notice that our order is ready but it was not. The first time we waited 20 additional minutes. BUT TONIGHT!!! Our order wasn't fulfilled until 1 HOUR 5 MIN after I placed it in the app!!! 45 minutes of that was waiting in the store with my 4 year old. I asked if there was an order ready for me when I got there. All they said was "nope" and went about their business. The crowd of customers waiting all looked at me and rolled their eyes. They were in the same boat. It wasn't until I went up to the counter an hour and 5 minutes after placing the order on the app to ask again that I was told "we have it but haven't gotten to it yet". Obviously!! They were fulfilling orders for people that were going through the drive-through and coming into the store lonnnnnng after I placed my order. One employee asked the person starting the orders to do mine next. Several orders and 10 minutes later once my 4 year old was screaming, they finally handed me our food. I know how demanding it can be work in fast food, but there's NO excuse for this. It'll be a long time before we give this location another chance.

This subway lost 1 star because they DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS. The employees were great!!! The restaurant was clean. The food was good. DON'T GIVE A SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT!

All started out well got there picked out food up got home and one of the subs was bitten into to find it was missing almost every veggie that was supposed to be on there called the store and they told us if we bring the sub back in they would add the vegetables to it or put it into a bowel the lady was very rude about it and got mouthy didn’t get to catch her name I hung up my mom continued to eat her sub and bit into a brownish/ blond hair I didn’t even call back about that because I don’t want them to think I’m just trying to get free food but I did just spend 40$ in there to be a mess up and to be disrespected

This was an online order. When receiving the bag, it should be noted it was stapled shut, so door dash didn’t tamper with the bag, nor could product have fallen out of the bag. We had ordered subs, pretzels, churros and cookies. Neither mustard for the pretzels nor the cookies were in the bag. Upon calling the store and spending a lengthy amount of time on hold after explaining why we were calling, the attendant told us the employees said they put the cookies in the bag, basically calling us liars. Then, we were told we had to call door dash for the refund. Worst customer service HANDS DOWN. We will not be giving them any more business.

They made My sandwiches with the wrong ingredients. When I asked them to fix the one they took the wrong sandwich and made 1 right. After 1/2 hour waiting I gave up took the junk that was given me even though it still wasn't right.

Terrible service!I went here two days in a row and the manager had no reason to why my order wasn’t done that I placed an hour ago!I sat and watched her take 5 people’s order that came in after me!They also got their food before I got mine!
