Absolutely the worst customer service. Was in on Friday April 4th. Places a mobile drive Thru order. When I get to the kiosk they say it’s on the front counter. Get to the pick up window show my screen and that it says drive thru. She then starts screaming no it’s a counter pick up. I said do you see the order and the top clearly says drive thru. She then continued to scream at me. I am all for being respectful to employees but at what point do you start being respectful to customers? Absolutely would give zero stars to this location. Get new employees!

came here with my girlfriend asked for steak on a beefy 5 layer and they give me chicken. all of their worker are illiterate like i don’t understand how you can work in fast food and not be able to read. in addition, my girlfriend got a crunchwrap with extra beef and extra nacho cheese. she opened her food and we were disappointed to see even less than the regular amount. we paid 3 dollars extra for extra ingredients, so we went back through to make it right. imagine our surprise when they give us a “replacement crunchwrap” with ZERO BEEF OR CHEESE!! it was lettuce, and tomatoes. only a vegan would eat this trash.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell i've EVER been to. I recently visited the Taco Bell in Urbana, Ohio, and it was quite an experience. First of all, the food was far from ideal. I ordered a few basic items, like a burrito and some tacos, but they were disappointingly slimy and just didn’t taste fresh. It felt as if they’d been sitting out for too long or maybe hadn’t been prepared with much care. The textures were off, and I couldn’t help but question how clean the kitchen must be if this is how the food turned out.
The service was another low point of my visit. The staff seemed completely uninterested in being there and definitely weren’t in a rush to get things done. It took way longer than it should have for my order to come out, and when I finally got it, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment of the delay. However, there was one bright spot among the employees: a very good-looking guy working behind the counter. Despite the lousy service and the food quality, I couldn’t help but notice him. He had this effortless charm and seemed way too attractive to be working in fast food, which, ironically, made the experience a bit more enjoyable.
But the whole atmosphere around it was perfect. The dirty ass floors, the broken down soda machine, and the shit covered toilets. It's perfect and true to the reputation Taco Bell has gathered over the past few decades. Would visit again.

Went inside to get our order right and they double checked it in front of me,none of the orders were correct either in taste or how it was made,u would think they would try extra hard since I told them it was because my daughter had to developed a food allergy

How can you be out of tomatoes but still charge full price for those items that are supposed to have tomatoes?
Somehow everytime I order thru the app there is always stuff missing it’s not hard to look at the receipt to make sure everything that was ordered is there ty Taco Bell employees for screwing up my dinner once again

So, here's the deal. It costs $25 for two people and a toddler to get even the cheapest meals from a fast food place any more. I know they don't pay the workers enough to care, but when u pay that much money, it would be nice to get what u order. All my customizations were wrong. Y even have the option to customize if you're just going to ignore them? Also, if something you ordered is unavailable, they can't refund u at the store if u ordered online. I ordered two frozen drinks which are $3-4 each. They're frozen drink machine was down, and a basic Pepsi product is not an acceptable replacement. Getting a refund online is a major hassle, but they offer things online you can't get by just ordering at the store--its a catch 22. It's not just this place, it's every fast food restaurant u go to anymore. $30 gets u mediocre food and an incorrect order. Just tired of it.
