I go to this Tim Horton every day and order a sausage cheese and egg biscuit with a large americano, and my wife a large iced coffee, the past two times I’ve been there Ms. Brittany is very disrespectful she makes me feel extremely uncomfortable for example I asked if I could get napkins and a straw for my wife’s drink and she said “if I keep bugging her with my ridiculous orders she’s gonna throw my drink at me” and my drink is not a cold drink it’s quite hot, I have to let it cool down before drinking it. And I don’t want to drive all the way on the other side of town to get my coffee. She just does not make me unwanted, no I do not know Ms. Brittany personally so I don’t know why she would act like this towards me, maybe I’m not the only one she acts like this towards. Be better!

Always have bad experiences here. Avocado toast untoasted, B.E.L.T. missing cheese, iced chai that doesn't taste like chai and is somehow bitter. It was awful. Will not be ordering here again.

Ordered two loaded boxes, couldn’t have been a bigger contradiction in terms, got what amounted to half a frozen hash brown, one piece of crumbled bacon, maybe one scrambled egg, all of which didn’t come to filling the box to 1/4 of its size and I could’ve had on a single slice of toast which was nowhere near the price of $5.89, or what I’d pay at Waffle House for a plate needing sideboards because it’s so full. I feel bad for the employees who have to serve this alleged breakfast. It was embarrassing to look upon besides eat since the chipotlé sauce was the only reason it had any type of flavor to begin with. This place would be better served to stick with their strengths: coffee and doughnuts, only. Leave the real breakfast to the professionals.

The person at the drive thru window didn’t even look at as he took my card and delivered my food because the entire team was too busy having a heated argument about anime, gender fluidity, and litter boxes. Now Im afraid to eat there in case the stupid is contagious.

They seem to only give mixed timbit flavors regardless of the single flavor ordered. This has happened on at least 3 occasions that I've been to this location. You might as well just get munchkins from dunkin' down the street if you want a single flavor. If the coffee wasn't better here than Dunkin', I'd not come to this Tim Hortons at all.
