Stop there on my way to go to Piqua to get a ice vanilla coffee. And as I was drinking it it has a BUG IN IT. Whyyyyyy !!!!! The coffee was good until I found a BUG in it!!!. So don’t ever go there and Tim hortons you can check my review bc you need to know this!!!! And I am a 10 year old girl writing this

The staff there is great every time, but every time I get coffee it tastes different. I order the same thing each visit so its interesting to me. Today, when I got it the taste was really odd. Not sure If they gave me the right coffee. ?

Customer service needs improvement via the very unethusiastic drive thru staff -as usual. Not been inside to see if they're friendlier there. I wish they weren't always out of stuff too. But their coffee is definitely better than dunkin down the road.
Manager was very rude and ignored the fact that several menu items were unavailable. It's completely understandable if the truck is late, but learn to handle a situation like this a little better. I recommend going to Dunkin from now on.

I haven't been to this location in quite a while. I was very pleased with my experience. The exterior looked great, with the landscaping recently cleaned up, and mulched; greeted in a friendly manner; order was delivered quickly and efficiently by dedicated teams. Great experience overall!

Mon-friday this is our breakfast and chat place (in our cars). I have had most of the menu and havnt had a bad meal yet. I personally dont like fastfood hash Browns but Tim Horton's does make them to where I'll eat them. Top favorites is the farmers wrap, bagel with cream cheese, sour cream timbits, and either a vanilla iced coffee 4x4 add carmal or a red velvet Cold brew.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, it was not mentioned they were out of key ingredients and they just took it upon themselves to make a lesser priced one, no refund given, and even then, they forgot the sausage patty....so basically I had to assemble my own inferior overpriced sandwich. One guy was obviously stoned/high/buzzed...the other was lucid, but unhelpful.

I have been a dedicated customer everyday since 2015 and today I experienced such a devastating moment when I looked in my coffee cup and had clear floaties on the surface of a double double extra large coffee and asked to have it remade. It was ovbious that they simply poured my original coffee into a new cup dictated by the bubble foam on the surface of my "new" fresh cup. I also order a BLT asked with no lettuce, after the clear floaties in my coffee looked at my sandwich and there was slimy brown lettuce and a bug on my sandwich. Today marks a NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO TIM HORTONS IN URBANA OHIO AGAIN! I did return all of it and told them to keep the 12 dollars and it will be the last money they will ever receive from me again!!!!
